The product came with manual with all the relevant information including how to use it and set it up. I was a bit confused at setting up the time at first but then I easily connected it to the app and it automatically set it. The app is very useful because you have a range of settings which you can change including what apps to receive notifications from on the watch. You can also see your sleep in a lot more detail.Lightweight. I think that it is comfortable to wear it around and about and while running it stays on nice and firm. It is water resistant as well which is useful.Battery life lasts around a week depending on your activities. It is also very easy to charge because it is a magnetic charger that just stays on.Features. I was impressed with the amount of features the smart watch has, including receiving your phone messages and calls through your watch, heart rate, flashlight, sleep mode, footsteps, stopwatch and loads moreDurable. Use with extreme caution: The blood pressure readings on this device are highly inaccurate.I spent a day rigourously testing this product, running direct comparison tests with genuine blood pressure monitors, and the readings from this watch are completely inaccurate (not even within anywhere near the correct range categories as true readings. Eg. Reading 118/70 for what should be a 155/92 result.)One could think, sure, it's a cheap product, accuracy shouldn't be expected. But to sell a product as offering blood pressure monitoring when the quality of the supposed readings is so poor is, at best, recklessly irresponsible and at worst, potentially incredibly dangerous to any users naive enough to take its readings as valid.If anyone with blood pressure related illnesses were to take the readings this watch gives as accurate, they could do themselves serious harm.There's a reason Apple, Fitbit, Samsung et al are yet to widely roll out smartwatch BP monitoring features, despite the tech existing in theory: It's very, very important, for the health of the user, to get this data correct! That, and the extensive FDA approval process required, (which these Chinese watches most certainly do not have.)So, for monitoring blood pressure, no readings would be better than the incorrect readings this watch provides. As is, it's downright dangerous to users.Other features: Meh, its a cheap Chinese smartwatch, (with added BP monitoring feature which could easily lead to the deaths of its users.)

Having looked around at the current range of smart watches on Amazon my attention was drawn to this one because it seemed to have so many features!CERTAINLY wasn't disappointed when it arrived - it's JAM PACKED with great features that most folks will want in a modern smart watch today.Recently I had been visiting my local Hospital emergency room due to the fact that my heart was racing faster than it should do.The doctor suggested that I get a watch that can monitor my heart rate, so I choose this one BECAUSE, not only does it monitor the heart rate - it also monitors your blood pressure AND your blood Oxygen levels.This information can be stored in the app which you download from the relevant app store.Additional features, for those who want this as a fitness watch is all the modern features such as step counter, sleep tracker, it EVEN connects to your mobile phone to provide text messages and previews of email messages!!!Can't rant enough about this watch.I HAVE to say that I am VERY happy to give it a 5 STAR rating, simply because it has all the features that anyone could want for a fitness / health watch, it has additional features which are helpful for modern day phone pairing and most of all, it's not even in the upper price range for purchase price, making it a GREAT value for money watch.The watch itself is good and rugged whilst being stylish in appearance.It has a good solid metal clasp which fits neatly into a good quality rubber waterproof wristband - which of course can be interchangeable, as the strap starts to wear a bit as training straps tend to do.The charging of the watch is a good strong magnetic attachment, which snaps neatly onto the base of the watch - two magnets of which ensure that it stays charging - ( not like some competitors).VERY NICE watch to buy for someone as a Christmas present!!!

Great watch but the battery life was poor and not as claimed. Returned for a full refund.UPDATE. Since returning the watch I received several apologetic emails from the company offering me a replacement from their range of watches. I decided finally to accept the offer and opted to give the same watch another go.Received it today. As before, it performs well and time will tell if the battery lasts longer.What I am impressed with is the YoYo Fit commitment to customer satisfaction. They really do seem to want to please. Thank you to them.

This is a really good smart watch. It has different theme modes for the screen. It has blood pressure, heart rate blood oxygen tracker and monitoring. It is a watch with time,date, burnt calories,stop watch etc. It has several different sports modes to choose from so there is something for everyone. You can get social media messages and notifications, from Facebook,Twitter, etc. You get notifications of the things you set it to. It has a torch on the side aswell which makes it great for emergencies. It is very easy to understand and use and comes with easy to understand instructions. I charged it fully before use. The battery life seems really good .
