Bad customer service
The size is inaccurate. I had a high hope reading the other review but it came out to be total failure. My son had an accident and it ruins my mattress. So disappointed I should have take precaution. I wanted to return it and called customer service but they did not help me and said now it more than 30 days I cannot return it. Waste of money!!
