Replaced the black factory grip screws on my Tisas 1911 with these SS ones, just to break up the "all black" look of the pistol. They look pretty good there, not a lot of "bling" but I like the subtlety of the look.I would have preferred hex head screws but they are better than standard flathead screws.

worked great.. some reviewers seem to have had QC and install issues..make sure to start these by hand and rotate counter clockwise first until you feel threads catch before using a screwdriver.Anyone looking to do this yourself, be sure to use a stone ground screwdriver set like the Wheeler set here on Amazon.. the bushings are made of a good material but you need one of the wider flathead bits for this..Wheeler's travel size version has all the flathead sizes and not very expensive. (not affiliated)if you do these steps or rather decide to have it installed professionally, I can only speak from my experience but these worked for me.p.s. be sure to use blue thread locker on all the threaded connections before install, and this well help everything stay put under vibration/shock.the o-rings on over the threads on the grip screw itself (not the bushing)

These replaced a broken screw on a RIA 1911. The new bushing screwed right in, and the screws did, too. They fit the existing, non-broken original bushings just fine.

These work properly.

I got these to use in a Springfield pistol to replace the short screws and thin grips. They go in an out like they should and seem to hold in place. I mean, they're screws, what else can you say. The O-Rings are a nice touch, but not really necessary for a torx screw. I've only ever used them to clock my straight screws in line.
