I have never given an Amazon review before, but this company went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.I ordered this product and followed the instructions and it did nothing. It was also not the gel consistency as advertised. I was ready to write it off as a waste of money.The next day the manufacturer reached out to me to see if I was satisfied and to ask if the product I received was a gel consistency because they had been having some issues with their manufacturing. I told them it did not work and it was very liquidy. They offered me a refund or a replacement. I took the replacement and I'm glad I did because it worked fantastic! I wish I had a before photo.

This was my second purchase of this product. It definitely gets rid of a lot of the black mold/mildew in caulking and grout in the shower. As a side note, it comes in very elaborate packing for a cleaner! :)

Doesn’t work at all

**UPDATE 6/8/22**Supplier reached out and sent a new bottle of product. The new bottle contains a proper gel and works as advertised. They stated that there was a bad batch. I have updated the review to 4 stars as the gel holds in place well and tackles light staining on grout and silicone effectively. If you received a bottle of product that was thin like water, let the supplier know so it can be replaced......I had purchased this product about two years ago and was pleased. The original bottle had a viscous gel that clung to the tile or grout line and had minimal odor....it worked really well.The newest bottle I received has a viscosity similar to water and immediately flows away from the application site. It also burns my eyes but doesn't seem to have any effect on the staining. I don't know if this is a bad batch or a change in the product. Either way, it no longer applies or works as advertised.

Very watery solution - based on the bottle shape I thought it might be more of a gel. Instructions say to leave it on for several hours. I tested a large area overnight and it only slightly lightened the mildewed grout. Not as smelly as Tilex type products, but not as effective, either.

This mold stain remover worked great on my stained white caulking around the base of my shower unit! Just apply, wait for it to work, then wash with water to remove the gel. Will definitely purchase again. My only suggestion to the manufacturer is to make it a easy-squeeze tube ... it was hard to squeeze out the product on vertical surfaces due to the container being a stiffer plastic.

I LOVED this product, which I originally bought back in 2019. It worked like no other product could! Removed mold embedded in my tub’s silicone surround, when nothing else did. The key was the gel. It clung to vertical surfaces to do the job. Now, it’s a little more pricey, and thin as water. It flows all over and doesn’t cling to surfaces. I’m so upset that they changed the perfect product. Now, you use twice as much and it is not effective because it runs all over the place and not where you need it.
