Replaced all 6 coil packs on 2004 Honda Odyssey ex with 145k miles
I have had this van for over a year and over the summer, I replaced the spark plugs with NGK pure iridium spark plugs and randomly while driving in November, my engine began to run very oddly but was still running and seemingly better at higher RPMs. I had it scanned to find out 2 or 3 coil packs were causing the engine to misfire and run really rich. I thought the worst before scanning it but I installed these and for over a month, they have worked exactly as they're supposed to and remedied my problem. I was wanting to replace them with OEM coil packs but the cost of one OEM coil pack was the same or more than all 6 of these which have performed superbly. Easy install, just added enough dielectric grease and replaced all 6 and instead of clearing the code with a scanner code reader, I just unplugged the battery for 30 minutes or so and then retightened the battery terminals and started my van and let it run idling for 20 minutes, then I took it for a 15-20 minute easy going drive and the code for it disappeared and the engine relearned or reprogrammed the computer for the new coil packs with all 6 cylinders firing and adjusting the fuel injections to normal and not be overly rich like it was previously. So glad I didn't spend the extra money on OEM coil packs with the high cost of them and my vehicle not being quite worth the best parts unless truly needed. And these have and seem to work just as well as OEM and are what my engine needed to resolve it's misfiring.

Save big $$$ and do-it-yourself...well worth the time and effort!
Excellent product for a 2003 Honda Odyssey EX! Thought I'd have to spend big $$$ to fix a problem...the dashboard CEL and TCS lights suddenly came on, the engine was running rough, and the acceleration was lacking. Thanks to other reviewers, I decided to buy this product. Delivery was super fast. I replaced the original ignition coils, which had about 125k miles; the packet of boot grease was useful. Also replaced the spark plugs, which were last replaced around 110k miles with copper plugs (I know, should have at least used platinum plugs), with NGK Iridium spark plugs. From start to finish took less than one hour, but saved big $$$. The minivan runs like new, and seems to accelerate even better now. Couple of tips if you've never replaced spark plugs: having the right tools make the job much easier...specifically the Gear Wrench 5/8" x 6" Magnetic Swivel Spark Plug Socket, and making sure to not over-tighten when replacing the plugs.

01 acura TL over 250k miles. Made my car feel brand new!
I cant explain how much relief I am in after purchasing and self installing this product! This is my story. Recently as I was coming home from work. The engine light started flashing and then my car around 1.8k rpm started to shake uncontrollably under the hood where the engine is located. I could feel the car struggling to pick up speed and acceleration! It was very scary! I thought I wasnt going to make it home. When you see flashing engine lights you know something critical is wrong. After I got home safetly (10 min commute) I did alot of research and youtubing. My car was having misfire codes from P0301-P0306 and P1399. I began narrowing down the problem by first installing new Spark plugs. After that the problem still persisted. I was getting worried it could be a problem a mechanic would have to fix that would cost alot of $$$. In my last Hope's I decided to change ALL coil Ignitions (Very Easy) and it freaking worked like a charm! I cleared all codes to reset the CPU. Gave my car a test drive and it ran PERFECTLY! My car even sounds way more better than before! Plus it even runs better now! No more rough idling! No more misfire! No more worries! I'm not even exaggerating! I'm just completely happy I can drive from point A to B again without a doubt! If you read this and have the same problem hopefully this helps!!!! I was skeptical about the Product but it is very solid and holds its promise! Thank you!

For the price, it's worth a gamble!
The first set of these I ordered, malfunctioned less than a week after I installed. Fortunately, the customer service was very good. They were quick to respond to my request to replace the product and were easy to work with. The second batch I got has worked well so far and it's been about a year now. I don't drive the car as much so I don't know how that plays into the wear and tear on these coils but given that they were a fraction of the cost the mechanic had quoted me and the ones from the auto stores, I would say I am fairly pleased with my purchase. You get what you pay for so don't expect world class performance at this price (there may be flaws ). The first batch malfactuctioning so fast after installation is the only thing that stopped me from giving a 5 star review but I really appreciated the customer service so much so that I felt they deserved a rating higher than 3. If you are on a budget, this product is not a bad gamble.

Problem fixed with the ignition coil
Out of the blue, I got a random flashing CEL on a 2002 Honda Accord Ex. I used the obd2 and the scanner spits out a trouble code p1399 which is a random misfire in the cylinder. I read up on it and the mostly likely cause is a broken ignition coil, it could also be the spark plug, dirty egr, fuel injector, and or valve adjustment. I switch out the spark plug but it was still getting p1399 with the engine shaking and smelling like gas inside my car. Took a chance on these coil. I got the parts today and switch out all six cylinders coil. Lucky for me that was the problem, and not the valve adjustment or the fuel injectors, because with those, you would have to open the engine block to get to the fuel injector and the valve. My car stop shaking and running smoothly now. As for the quality of the coil, only time will tell. It's a lot cheaper than elsewhere. I'll update if it ever fail. There is a lifetime warranty, but no idea if that will even honor it.
