I go to a hearing Dr. They determined which cone works best for my issue. Where I purchased had the wrong ones on it. The wax guards work but you need to remove excess wax from the cone at night. My charger does remove some wax on charging. If you have more wax you replace more often.

I originally got my horizon signia ric aids 2 years ago. I replaced them 2 months ago and was looking for sleeves to fit since they are a different size. These sleeves fit my original pair.
