So I used these as curtain rods to hang over our French doors while I’ve been working from home during COVID to try to keep the babes out while I’m working. I knew I needed curtains but didn’t want to screw anything into the doors themselves so I used command hooks and these curtain rods since they are so light and it has worked perfectly!! I have also used these before in windows and they work just as great and I highly recommend them!

I have been using these types of rods over the years and they work great. However although they were packaged in a medium heavy cardboard tube container, the tube had been broken open and both rods were badly bent and useless. Next time I will just get them at the store (where the price is better too)UPDATED>>>>Good news on my above complaint. I had let the seller know that I was unhappy with the rods that were damaged during delivery. Their response was immediate. They emailed me immediately apologizing (even thought the damage wasn't caused by them). I did not ask to be reimbursed or for new rods (since I was upset and had just thrown them out) but they quickly sent me replacements.I love good customer service more than anything so I will be purchasing from their site again. The new rods arrived in perfect shape.

Works perfectly for small bathroom window. The tension is great, it stays firm.

This rod is not sheer at all, confused why they would want me to rank that. Just so we are clear it’s a metal type material not sheer at all. It’s a tiny rod and doing a very fine job of holding my curtains in my bathroom. Now those curtains could be ranked on sheerness and I would rank those around 2 no one needs to see in a bathroom from outside a house. With that being said this rod worked. YAY

I used this tension rod for a small bathroom window. It was easy to adjust to the correct size and to place in window. It was used for a lightweight plastic curtain. Performed as expected.

It works, but it’s really cheaply made.

Perfect little rod. We just put a small window in a new bathroom we built, and had ordered the privacy film for the window which is awesome. Info on film in that review. So I wanted a small sheer curtain for the window, and just needed a small tension rod, which is exactly what I found here. It works perfect. Thanks Amazon for my perfect little window dressing.

I was a little hesitant buying this because of reviews of other similarly priced tension rods, but the price and other reviews for it persuaded me. I received it quickly and put it up in our shower to create privacy from a window. I had to expand it almost all the way and have a vinyl curtain on it and it works great. Very steady and even with it out almost all the way, it is doing an excellent job. We move the curtain back and forth before and after showers to open the window for light and air and even with that, it has not budged or shown any signs of breakage as it should be. I recommend this product.
