Great system for suspension workouts - lots of great features and descriptions, allows for endless variety of workouts.
I wish I could give this 4.5 stars, because they're not perfect. But they're incredibly useful. The cards are smaller than they look in the pictures - actually the size of real playing cards. I haven't used the "game" aspect, so I can't comment on that. But here are the things I find useful: - The cards are color-coded so you know what category of exercise it is (cardio, back, core, etc.) - There's a description of the exercise, along with modifications to make it more or less difficult - There's a drawing so you get a rough idea of what it should look like - Very usefully, there's a QR code so you can scan the card and it immediately brings up a 5-10 second video clip of a demonstration of the exercise - Because they're small, I can throw them into my gym bag or into the carrying bag for my suspension straps - Easy to mix and match to create a workout, with nearly limitless possibilities - The basic 52 card set has plenty of exercises but it really is nice to have the expansion pack for variety and for added challenge - Each card list B, I, A or a range (e.g. B-I) for beginner, intermediate, or advanced, so you can cater to the right level Why I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, instead of 5, and what I hope future versions might include: - There is no indication of starting strap position (should they be low, medium, high? You have to watch the video, it's not written on the card) - There is minimal indication of where to start in relation to the anchor point. It usually describes whether to face toward or away from the anchor, but not whether to start directly below, two feet away, etc. Sometimes this is obvious, but sometimes I wish it were explicit on the card. But all in all I think these are very useful and will help me design workouts for classes I teach as well as give me inspiration and guidance for my own workouts. Happy with the purchase.

but most of them are good for a variety of levels
Cannot get the QR code videos to launch which is the reason for only 4 stars. Was able to have my trainer use them to set up some workouts. Not sure how soon I'll use the small grouping of intense cards, but most of them are good for a variety of levels. Better purchase than a previous deck and the quality is good,

Workout with ease
These cards are great! They are color coded, so you can decide how to use them. If you picked one move from every color you would get a great full body workout. Or, you could concentrate on body parts and do certain areas each day. Makes it easy to figure out what to do. I take them to the gym with me and lay my cards out in order against the wall where they have the TRX cables installed. I have looked over what I am going to do before hand, and off you go. Each card has a written description of the exercise as well as a visual stop and start position for the exercise. You can also scan a code on the card to see a video of someone performing the exercise if the written instructions/photos don't make sense to you. I would highly recommend!

Excellent Product!!!
One of my New Year's resolution's was to maintain my fitness level, but cut the cost down by ditching my gym membership. To do this I got a Woss system a few weeks before the end of 2015. It's a great system, but I found myself in the "I've got this new equipment, now what?" scenario. I was able to look up a few exercises online and I made some routines, but I found that I was spending as much time looking up how to do exercises as I was using my Woss. I'm in pretty decent shape, so I can do the exercises, I was just finding it difficult to find what to do. I decided to give it some time, figuring maybe I just needed to be patient since I was new to suspension training. However, in the middle of last week I found these cards. Now I'm making exercise routines like a champ! I skipped straight from suspension trainer novice (as far as planning exercises goes, that is) to expert. I'm having so much fun with it. I deal myself 15-20 cards a day, and then one from the Insane Pack. I shuffle the cards so I don't know what I'll get. The suspense of when I'll get to the Insane Pack card keeps me constantly on my toes. But more importantly, I feel like I'm getting a good and varied workout. I would ask Stack 52 to expand this further and include some suspension trainer stretches too.

I like to be able to use my body weight to ...
I've been using TRX for training for over a year for 2 reasons. I like to be able to use my body weight to get overall fitness. This not only helps my strength, but also gives me aerobic fitness. The 2nd reason is I was looking for a way to stay fit when traveling. The TRX gives me this, but the only thing missing was a way to mix up my workouts on the road. I kept telling people that someone needed to come up with playing cards to get my workout. Well, this is what I was looking for. The developers not only put together a great card game to give us the exercises, they also linked it through QR to videos for those unfamiliar with the exercises.

Easy to use and comprehensive
I like the variety of having this many exercises to choose from. I like that they're grouped by muscle group. The color coding is a good idea but needs to be improved in practice, it's hard for me to remember which color corresponds to which color group. Other than that, it's great. What I've found using these is that I don't need an exercise specific app. I can use a generic exercise app to plan and record my workouts, in conjunction with the cards.

Ideal for those already familiar with their exercise equipment
I've owned a TRX "tactical" set for close to ten years now; and despite my gym membership, I use it exclusively for strength training because I prefer doing these exercises at home. While the training program that comes with this setup is good (and the device itself is top-notch), I'd become bored with it. I got these cards to maintain my interest and not fall into the rut of doing the same sets over-and-over. I've used it a couple of times now in the following manner: I shuffle the deck and deal out 12 cards, and this is my strength workout for the day. Since I'm more concerned with fitness generally and not targeting any specific area, this works for me, and the expansion set means an essentially unlimited variety of combinations. These cards assume the user is reasonably familiar with his or her equipment and don't go into technical detail with respect to its use or adjustment. Additionally, there are a few exercises which, owing to the construction of one's equipment, may be impossible in certain configurations - in my case, an exercise simply wouldn't work with the straps the way I had them (braced against a door). The overwhelming majority will work anywhere. There are apparently videos and apps available, but I found them unnecessary. If you're new to your exercise straps, they may be helpful. Those already familiar with your equipment are likely to find there is enough information on the cards themselves to perform the exercises correctly. In addition, I personally don't see myself making use of the suit-and-number section on the cards, but others might. In all, these cards and the company who puts out and supports them offer more features than I'm likely to use, but these additional features don't get in the way of my use of them as-is.

" If these cards were bigger I would say they would be Great..
The only reason I'm giving these cards 3 stars and no more it's because of their "Size" they are simply too small, these cards are about the size of an average "Cigarette box" hence: way too small..." To me this is the only issue with these cards that leads to another issue: some of the exercises ( because of the size of the print ) are hard to figure out..." If these cards were bigger I would say they would be Great..." But their ( way too small ) size it's a major hindrance..." If they were to make these cards twice as large as they are now ( in size ) these cards would be absolutely great, but as for the time being they are not..."

Great Little Cards!
These cards are great! I purchased them to use with the TRX suspension system. I love being able to scan the code and go to the YouTube video for a quick demo of each exercise. I can then save it in my YouTube channel for easy access at home or the gym. I also like how I can easily setup a workout for the whole body using the colour codes. The only negative thing I have found is that some of the exercise names are slightly different from the official TRX names. But I suppose the cards are meant for use with all like suspension systems. Overall, I’ve been very pleased!
