Best Szechwan Seasoning mix
Was devastated when this seasoning was no longer provided in our local grocery.It is a crave-able seasoning for. This seasoning can be hot especially for those who do not like spice but not excessive in spic for those who like a little spice and easy able to add more spice to those who like it HOT. I was so excited to find it on Amazon.

Easy to make and great flavor
The local grocery stores quit carrying this for some reason and I am glad I found it here. Quick to mix and it makes for an easy Chinese meal no matter what meat and vegetables you use.
