""Holy Mother of Susan""" are these some great bino's...!!! Crystal clear. As in Crystal clear. Did I mention how clear these are. Sometimes you actually get better than you paid for. That is these bino's...!!! They have the reach to impress anyone, and at the same time soooooo clear. These are not heavy or bulky. But you will get rid of your 8x32's or 10x32's as soon as you look through these. Worth every single red penny, I paid for them. PEEPING TOMS get them before they sell out. I love mine. Absolutely love them. You'll never, ever regret buying these. Never. Crystal clear and you can see very long distances clearly. WOW...!! Buy them...!!!

The Athlon 12x50 Argos G2 binoculars provide high quality optics at a very reasonable price. There are many brands that are really low price (less than $150), but the optics just do not compare to the Athlon Argos G2 binoculars.My only complaint is that the field-of-vision is a little lower than some of the competition in the same price-range. However, the FOV difference is small, so I chose the Athlon Argos G2 binoculars because of how they feel during use.

Powerful binoculars for bird watching!

For the money you cannot find a better pair anywhere near this range. 12x50. Solid, well built, clean clear focus. Fine glass. Adjustable eyepieces. Well packaged. You will not find anything better even at 3 to 5 times this price range and I've seen a lot of them from Swarovski to Zeiss to Leupold. Very happy with these. If I were going to quibble about anything it would be the lack of lockable focus. But since I can't knock off a 1/2 star I'll just mention it. Would be a nice feature. On more expensive sets this is available.

Be aware the IPD - inter-pupillary Distance is not the one in the description on the Athlon Optics website 56-76mm. I have a smaller face and I need binos with IPD not bigger than 57-58. Obviously this binos are not the right IPD because the images don't align and when I close the left eye to adjust the focus for the right eye, I can see only half lens and the rest is black. I also compared with my Vortex which are food for me and clearly the eyepieces are 3 mm farther. So this is going back

The eyecups are very sloppy; they don’t stop firmly at different levels and spin around loosely. I sent them back.

These are very nice for the price, going to return as they are not as clear as I need.
