The reviews weren't exaggerating...
I ran over my current headphone cable with my office chair one too many times and decided it was time to get a better headset for my laptop and cell phone. I am a musician, audiophile, gamer, and work-from-home computer consultant, so I needed a set that would be wired (no latency), comfortable for long conference calls or gaming, and give me a great sound for mixing recordings. I travel a lot, so something durable with a small form factor was important. I wanted to stay away from over-ear headphones because I hate having sweaty ears. So, what I was looking for was: wired (replaceable preferred) with mic, in-ear, comfortable, and good audio quality. What I got was: replaceable wires with built-in mic, small heavy-duty but not uncomfortable earpieces, and *wow* on the audio quality. The heavy-duty metal and plastic (they're mostly metal) feel like they will hold up in my laptop bag through airport security without issue (although I'll probably get a case). When the other reviews or videos talk about "separation of instruments/sounds" they're not kidding. This is my first pair of IEMs, so I was not expecting the level of detail. The highs can get a bit harsh for just listening to music, but a quick EQ adjustment took care of it. The sound blocking with the out-of-the-box silicone earpieces is more than the Skull Candy headset I replaced that was almost the same price. I can't wait to start using these for recording. And, the main reason - The next time I run over the cable and need a new one, it will be a fraction of the cost - I don't have to replace the entire thing. I'll probably just buy one to keep as a spare.

Not as Bassy as everyone says....
Have to admit, was not really impressed with the Bass response as everyone seems to be touting. I play Bass in a band and needed a new set of in ear monitors for my XVive wireless monitors. I never liked the Shure SE215's and didn't want to spend upwards of $100 or more, so gave these a shot. I run my monitor signal through a small Behringer mixer, and yes, the Treble is great - I run that at 12 o'clock, but have to boost the Bass all the way up as far as it can go to get the "Ooomph" I need....

Wonderful Surprise
The ear monitors surpassed my expectations. I just didn't know what I was missing in the sound. All sounds were exceptionally crisp and defined. I even had to turn down my regular settings because the new ear pieces produced so well. Now, I don't know how these might compare to a $2000 custom set, but I am very well pleased with mine. Well worth the limited cost in my opinion.

Great IEMs
These work very well with our individual mixers. Solid connections and very good sound quality. Excellent choice for modestly priced IEMs.

Not suitable for performing musicians.
After getting better in ear monitors I can now better articulate what’s wrong with these. There is NOTHING wrong with the drivers. They’re just fine. The problem is the design. The driver port has a diameter of 4.9mm. This is really quite large. This limits the “flex” an ear tip (either silicon or memory foam) can give. In other words, there is less size difference between compressed and fully expanded ear tips. This means that they are very easily lose a seal with basically any movement and thus, sound paper thin.Additionally, I’m 6’6” (200cm) tall, I like to have my wireless belt pack on my right side tucked behind my guitar. The included cable is just a bit too short. It always pulls which is really annoying. In all seriousness even the cheaper 2 driver Shure SE215 IEMs are better than these. They fit way better, have a better, thinner driver port, and better, more flexible foam in ear tips.

it is comfortable but somehow it has noise when I play some video on ipad
Good things about this:- no charging is required, directly plug and play- the earloop area designs to hang on ear while the ear piece tug in, double safety to keep the ear piece in place.- looks stylish and quality makeHowever, I am not sure if it is my problem with device or not, I hear some strange noise generated when I watch youtube video on iPad. And the earpiece also easily triggers the Siri which is rather annoying sometimes.
