I recently put box braids in my hair and so far I haven't experienced any flaking. The pomade has excellent hold and a little product goes a long way. I will definitely purchase more once I run out. Buy it!!!

In my experience it holds better then jam the smell is powerful though but it works so great for my daughters hair who is mixed n has extremely thick long hair

This worked well for my 4C natural hair. As a thick gel(?), I expected it to make my hair "crunchy" or dry, but, it seems to have made it stiff and soft. The stiff hold was good because it seems to add some level of anti reversion my blown out hair. I like it!

I did a retwist for my husband and I hair, and it turned out so beautiful. It stayed in place, no flakes, it has a clean look. It doesn't really have a smell but that's ok. I will be purchasing this product again. I can't wait to see our results in a few hours. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY 😊

I’d been looking for a good edge control product for a while, spending/ waisting money on different one that didn’t hold up until a hairstylist on set used this on my hair and it lasted all day ( through me sweating and all) . Now this is my go to.

Product is not extreme hold false advertisement on man smells good but it’s like grease. Not trying to oil my scalp. I want my hair to stay in place disappointed not extreme hold.
