High quality wheat flour for baking. I used it to make a loaf of 100% whole wheat sourdough. It produced a beautiful loaf that was not overly dense.

Needs to be packaged better.
The product is good. The outside of the box was good. There was only a little kraft paper for packing. The flour bounced around in the box and the corners of the bag had small tears. The packers need to pay more attention to what they are doing.
