I've been long days and nights and this tea was more than a welcome to help me unwind and relax. ....I tried it in the evening today and I actually am really calmed by the fragrance and taste as I type this. I picked up more teas by them which will have to wait a bit because the better half will like them more than me.If you are someone who struggles with sleep as much as I do, don't give this cup of tea a miss.

It has good taste and aroma. I purchased seeing its awesome ingredients all flowers and ashwaganda but when I opened pack, I saw green tea leaves...its confirmed after brewing, many big leaves are visible. All good but not caffiene free.
