They don't feel quite as soft as the original pads were, but perhaps they will break in over time. The old ones were torn and falling apart. It was easy enough to install these, though no instructions were provided.

These fit perfectly and I have new life out of my headphones. We used them to monitor our sound at a gig tonight and they worked great. Just replacing the ear cushions saved use money and the head phones are good as new.

I like my Sennheiser headphones and was ready to replace them with the same model because the earpads had worn out. I was very happy to discover replacement earpads. Once I got them fitted, the headphones are now like new, at a fraction of the cost of a complete headphone replacement. I can't pretend they are easy to put on. They are a tight stretch. It was helpful to find a youtube video of a technician doing the task. You have to be confident that they really will fit, and pull and stretch till you get them in place. But the good thing is, once they are on, they look like they belong and they are clearly going to stay on. Very comfortable, around the ear fit.

The replacement ear pieces for these headphones are exactly what I needed. It too awhile (even with the useful YouTube video instructions) to get the new ear pads in place, but once in place, the headphones are “good as new.”

Poor quality. Did not last. My original ear pads that came with my Sennheiser HD280 headphones lasted fifteen years. These replacements lasted about one year. They started to separate and are falling apart. Obviously not the same as original and Not an OEM. Very disappointed.

Beautiful construction! Difficult to install. Had to use needle-nose pliers to install it and glue to keep the headband from separating.

I love that my headphones are serviceable. Ah, the joys of fixing things instead of contributing to the landfill.These fit as expected and are just as good as stock. Would buy again.

If you gather your senses and a little patience you will find that replacing these ear pads is very straightforward and easy to accomplish. I watched the Youtube video explaining how to change the pads out and was done in no time.I've had my headphones for many years and the ear pads have been a wreck for a while now. I had no idea how poorly they were performing until I switched in these new ones.It's no exaggeration to say that I feel like I purchased a new set of headphones.Good product... totally worth the price.

These should cost $10. they are also kind of annoying to replace, as I can see it getting damaged easily while replacing. Regardless I can use my overpriced headphones again.

At first they look really expensive, but once you install them you'll realize what you've been missing with your old beat up pair of earpads. It's like getting a pair of brand new HD280's for $40. Make sure you watch Sennheiser's installation instructions on YouTube before putting them on.
