Excellent Product for the Value!
This is a test sample for typing using the bluetooth keyboard. As of now, it's working great, functions well and very responsive. I don't see any lag and am working from almost 2 ft away from the iPad.I wish there were:1. a small 'touch pad' like section for scrolling, selecting and highlighting so that every time I don't have to touch the touchscreen - the arrow button on any windows pc. Then again we are spoiled using the touchpad, so it's not a fault of the bluetooth keyboard.2. the 'page up/down' buttons doesn't work while reading webpages - it won't since iPad Air key board system doesn't have those 'functional' keys. The arrow keys do work nicely if you're typing any document, messages etc., which is great!3. As of now the CTRL 'X' and 'V' don't work, buy I can highlight sections of the text using 'SHIFT' and arrow keys. Wish this worked, so that I didn't have to touch the screen just for convenience.4. The other small issue is the magnetic flap that keeps partially falling on and covering right side of my iPad screen. But I think this will go away once the it gets used regularly, in couple of weeks.Overall, this is a great product for the value. I won't go into much details of the 'pros' because they are already mentioned couple of times on here and I don't want to repeat them. I like the simplicity, less weight of the product, nice sturdy polycarbonate cover enclosing the iPad and viewing the iPad from any angle.I thing I am absolutely surprised about is the ''alt option' key - for symbols and mathematical notations! That's awesome, because I do use it on regular basis. You have to know the keys for the symbols though.I will give it 4.5 stars (5 stars on amazon).

Good keyboard case, but use a screen protector!
This is a surprisingly attractive and functional keyboard case for the price: a good value. The plastic shell fits securely without any ugly clips or flaps obscuring the front, and although access to the volume buttons is a bit constrained, all other ports are easily accessible and well-centered. The textured pleather cover has a nice look and feel, and the magnetic closing flap is a nice touch. The keyboard is very good considering its size, and its removability from the case is one of the main reasons for my choice. On the downside, however, is that after only a month of use I'm beginning to see some faint scratching on the iPad from the keyboard. Since the case can still be used without the keyboard inside, I've been leaving the keyboard out unless I need to take it along, and then I put a rag in between the keyboard and screen. The case without the keyboard is a bit too sloppy to be secure, and I found that the wobbliness could turn the iPad on and off randomly when carrying it in my bag.I'm looking to buy a second case, this time without the keyboard (possibly Anker's keyboardless version of this case) for the bulk of my use, since I've found I don't need the keyboard as much as I thought I would). However, I would still recommend this keyboard case if you did want the keyboard, but only if a screen protector is also used.Pros: Attractive, compact, versatileCons: A little heavy (weighs as much as the iPad), case is sloppy without keyboard inside, and possible screen scratching.

A potentially great folio case with keyboard
This folio keyboard case could be great with a few minor improvements. Pros: The keyboard works as expected given its size. The attractive folio protects the iPad and serves as a functional stand for typing or viewing. The removable keyboard is amazingly light; the folio is heavier than the keyboard. The folio is quite a bit thicker than the iPad in an Apple case. Cons: The areas that could be improved are: 1) The magnet that holds the removable keyboard to the folio is weak. The keyboard shifts around when the folio is closed. Though it did not fallout I was never sure it would stay put. 2) The folio does not operate as a smart cover. You must manually turn the iPad on or off. This does not seem like much, but after using a smart cover you begin to expect the iPad to turn on when you open it and turn off when closed. 3) The clasp that holds the folio closed is also magnetic. I could not get the clasp to stay out of the way when the keyboard was opened. It looked like an antenna sticking up. In conclusion, for the price, I would recommend this to anyone who wants a folio case. If the magnets were stronger and it worked as a smart cover, I would rate it 5 stars.***UPDATE 2/26/14***I sent the keyboard back after posting the original review because of the weak magnet. The maker of the keyboard followed up after seeing my comments/reason for return. The maker advised that it had since improved the keyboard with stronger magnets to hold the keyboard in place on the folio cover. Since I had already purchased another keyboard from another company, I did not try the new modified keyboard and folio. I just wanted to give a thumbs up to the seller for following up and responding to customers comments.
