KohlerK-99259-CP Artifacts Single-Hole Kitchen Sink Faucet with 17-5/8-Inch Pull-Down Spout, 3-Function Sprayhead, and Turned Lever Handle, Polished Chrome

I bought this in satin nickel for an upscale kitchen remodel in a Spanish colonial home. It’s paired with a Kingston Brass sd1976 American Classic soap dispenser, a 36” Kohler Whitehaven apron sink smack in the center of a 14’ x 5’ island topped with Hanstone Chantilly Quartz. That’s a big island with striking but subtle veining, so it’s hard to find a faucet that adds enough interest and scale but doesn’t also go overboard as a LOOK AT ME faucet. This Artifacts design is perfection. It’s timeless without being kitsch and just plain pretty to look at.As for function, it ticks all the boxes. The spray head is heavy, the buttons quality, the spray patterns are useful, and the lever is easy to turn on/off and adjust temp with the back of your wrist while cooking. I tried a sensor faucet before this one and found the feature useless because 1) guests didn’t know how to use it and giving everyone a tutorial was a pain and 2) the kitchen faucet is a place where you are constantly adjusting temp so manual operation was still a must. So I went back to basics here and don’t regret it.I’ve had this faucet installed over 6mo now and am still extremely happy with it in a very heavily used kitchen. Installation was also straightforward and simple compared to faucets you pick up at the big box stores.

Gorgeous faucet. Pricey but worth it in my opinion. Great weight to the handle too. Spray functions are are very handy and easy to use.

Revising back to 5 stars after excellent customer service and warranty experience who could not have been easier and more pleasant to deal with.Kohler promptly shipped me a free, new Faucet head which I was able to easily install myself (no plumber needed!) in literally 30 seconds without any tools. Very pleased. Thanks Kohler and Aaron B!!!—-I spent $821 on this faucet which is beautiful and of high quality materials. However, after less than 2 years of use, the rubber nozzle (inset) sprayer has become essentially unusable as the faucet sprays outside the sink when in a fixed position. I expected much more longevity from a reputable, premier brand like Kohler and am equally disappointed how difficult it is to file a warranty claim (as the Amazon provided link doesn’t even work). Furthermore, if I am successful filing a claim and getting a replacement, I’ll spend (minimum) several hundred dollars having a plumber install it. Frustrated consumer experience!

Great, solid construction kitchen faucet! Absolutely love the "berrysoft" shower feature. It creates smaller droplets than our old faucet spray feature and feels very gentle whether you are rinsing berries or washing your hands. The SweepSpray option flattens out the spray and intensifies the pressure so that it actually helps sweep the food scraps into the disposal hole. We really enjoy using this faucet in our new copper farmhouse sink.The installation went very smoothly - easy click-connect joint for the main flexible hose. The hot and cold water supply lines are long enough to reach the plumbing supply lines that are near the bottom of my sink cabinet. The "2 screws and a wing nut" designed to hold the faucet in place from the underside of the sink is a big improvement over a simple, large but narrow hex nut (which is difficult to tighten from the underside of the countertop)
