First thing I noticed upon arrival is the item is not sterile packaged. In the midst of a pandemic, that is not a smart decision. The piece is one size fits all .. NOT. The nose inserts have tiny sharp ridges instead of soft flaps for sealing, like you get with ear plugs. If you move or roll in your sleep, it comes right out. Three times I woke to replace from snoring myself awake. Woke up in the morning feeling as if i used nothing all night with that desert dry mouth feel. I would not recommend this version of this type product.

It's very comfortable to use and it definitely helps me not to snore at night. I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. I definitely recommend this product for anyone who snores or if your significant other does. This product doesn't disappoint at all!

I had to return it, it wouldn't stay put. The return process was easy and customer service was excellent.

Falls out of my nose constantly & I'm still snoring to the point that I'm waking both of us up.

This is not a cpap. It's an air filter. There is only filter inside. There is nothing to increase air flow. It falls off the first time I move. Obviously doesnt fit every nose. It only secures in my nostrils on one side at a time. It seems my septum is too low for this device. The part that sits against my nose is flat. My nose is not. I have a very typical nose so that's not the problem. Very disappointing.

I suffer from sleep apnea and use a cpap usually. But sometimes I'm away from that bulky machine, so I purchased this. One thing I have to say is, this product really does work. I hardly woke up in the middle of the night from any episodes, but I had to modify this to stay in my nose overnight. As the product is, if you have a bit wider nostrils, this will definitely fall out, but I found a solution. I had previously purchased silicone nostril dilators without the useful filter, which I would wake up with a stuffy nose and would end up with a cold the morning after. I just put that dilator on top of this device to make it the right size for my nose, and it worked! I wish I could give this five stars, but I cannot ignore that this didn't fit properly at first right out of the box. If only they had different sizes or maybe another silicone add on for bigger nostrils, that would make this perfect then.

I actually loved this product. It was very comfortable and it stayed in. Im a rough sleeper so this helps with knowing I don't have to keep waking up to place it back in my nose. It was very lightweight and I like that it has a case.

This product is absolutely useless AND dangerous. It's made of hard plastic that is inserted into your nostrils. I used it one night. I removed it during the night it was so uncomfortable. As I sat up, my nose bled. It's been 3 days and my nose sporadically still bleeds. I'm returning immediately and am recommending Amazon remove it from their site. Their is nothing mechanical in this item to help with snoring. Don't buy it!
