Best for Ease of Use, Calls, and Meetings
I purchased this when the microphone on my jabra 75 suddenly stopped working. I did get that set from ebay but it did serve me well for 9 months with 13hrs nonstop calls and muting/unmuting with the boom stick. The Jabra Evolve2 65 here I got it at $189 and for that price this headset is the best. I do not listen to music with it, literally only MS Teams, cisco finesse, and Webex calls and meetings. Literally no issues. It's so simple with the usb stick. Literally, plug and play. No drivers are needed to install it so you can plug it into your corporate laptop and it will just work. The battery life is unmatched. What sets this apart from all the other head sets is the ease of use. Plug the usb in and then turn it on. The 2 different ways to mute is so necessary. I love flipping the boom/microphone stick to really know I am muted before I have to go see what my kids are yelling about. Also having that microhone close to your mouth (or adjust away) makes talking to people great because they can hear you clearly. I hate repeating myself and with this headset, I never had to.Range:For those commenting on the range and disconnecting, there are so many variables like signals in the home and what's in the walls, it's wild. I can go from my office to my kitchen and be fine (30ft). Yet, if I go from my office to my bathroom (16ft) it crackles. For my use case, I have no problems with the range.Price:$250 is too much. Now the Jabra website does often have it listed at %30 off. I am waiting for it to drop again to grab one for a friend of mine who's having a baby. This will change her WFH life drastically for the better.

Watch for the BAIT AND SWITCH!!
My Poly Focus 4320 (which I have on 8+ hours/day) worked ok for a couple of years, but the mic started failing, so I went looking for a replacement. The sound was decent, the mic did a good job of blocking out external noise, and it was pretty comfortable. But the Mute button NEVER worked. Which annoyed the hell out of me, because the whole point of having a wireless headset is to be able to walk around! My colleague has used lots of Jabra products, and recommended this. Objectively, this is a good-looking headset (I think better-looking than the Poly). And the "raise boom to mute" actually works!! BUT... and oh there are so many BUTs:- It doesn't automatically switch audio devices on my Macbook M3 Max when I turn it on.- The "dual device connection" feature is horrible; keeps telling me I have "2 devices connected...1 device connected...2 devices connected...1 device connected..." every 15 seconds.- The sound output is HORRENDOUS. I turn on Apple Music and the output is tinnier than an AM radio.(side note, I am in the process of returning this, but in the meantime, I got an Evolve2 75 -- which at this time is only a few bucks more -- and compared the audio. Music sounded 10,000x better)But here's the big kicker... There are 2 different versions... The UC (universal) version and the MS (Microsoft Teams) version. I ordered and paid for the UC version ($40 more!!)... Well they sent me the cheaper MS version... but with a sticker over the MS version label that said "UC"!!I tried peeling off the top label to show the full product number, but it won't come off in one piece (though you can see the "MS" label right under it). Regardless, the headset inside is the MS version...you can tell because of the Teams logo on the button! So tldr;If you bought the UC version, CHECK YOUR PRODUCT!! They may have cheated you.And it's not like the MS Teams version works better; I use Teams all day long, and it did not work differently. In fact, it worked worse... When I had to join a couple of Zoom calls, I had to manually switch audio devices in the meeting.

Great Product, Foam Covering A Bit Spotty for Power Users
Using this headset has been a game changer for me on the myriad of calls I take day in and day out. I can be in public places and still take important calls. The microphone flip up/down for mute/unmute is awesome, it can connect to my computer/phone/iPad at (generally) the same time, and the battery life is solid, particularly vs how long (short) it takes to recharge. I have gotten a few of these over the years.the only real issue ive had thus far is that i wore out the ear covering material so it wore down to the tan foam.

Exceptional sound quality and battery life!
The sound you hear and the audio of your voice on a Zoom call is great. I am on daily Zoom calls and most of the time I only need to charge it once a week. Worth the price!

Jabra 65
While I am enjoying my new wireless headset, I would prefer to switch the microphone to the left rather that the right. It would also be nice if it adjusted to a tighter fit on my head.

Don't buy if you think PNC will reduce any noise. Go with models with ANC instead.
The product description is misleading or having very poor implementation of the PNC. When my MacBook Pro is running too hot the fan starts spinning. It's not loud but just humming. I can hear the fan noise with or without the headset on. It's actually more annoying with the headset on because your brain is expecting that the fan noise is reduced or eliminated. I'm not expecting this to be as good as some of the noise cancellation headsets that you can take on the phone and it can cut out most of the white noises, but this PNC that Jabra claims is just NOT effective in doing anything with cutting noise. Now that I think more about it, how can it be as this headphone has neither in-ear or cover-the-ear type design. It just sits on your ear, so of course all the noise comes right though. I'm sending this back and will see if the Evolve2 55 which has ANC is any better, but so far, I'm disappointed of the Evolve2 65. Someone at Jabra does clever marketing to claim some kind of noise cancellation when it does not do a thing to cancel noise.Basically if you buy this headset and think that it will eliminate noise due to the claim of PNC, perhaps look for other models with ANC.
