Good flavor enhancers and easy to use. I took one star away because the fried shallots and fried garlic were very greasy. I'm not sure if this issue will change the finished flavor of my dishes.I took away a second star because the lids are terribly difficult to remove so as a senior, it was nearly impossible to open the jars.I should take away another star because the are no instructions on how to best use this product. Well nothing in English on the package or the jar labels. I guess I'll have to take an extra step and search the Internet for suggestions.

I bought this to add to my ramen noodles and it does a great job giving it a little boost.😉

We have used this product so much for quick flavor without chopping fresh items. The fried garlic is perfect on a simple pasta with olive oil. Add some steamed broccoli. We use the others on fish under the broiler. On veggies. And many other uses. My adult children all got a pack in their stockings this year! I wish I could buy the garlic alone in a bigger container because we use that one fast!
