Update: This seller has great customer service. As soon as they found out that the converter failed again and out of warranty, THEY reached out to me and initiated a replacement part for our fan. We will be happy to enjoy our fan once again.This is a great fan aesthetically speaking. Looks great. Fan moves air surprisingly well.Unfortunately, The power converter that controls the LEDs died within a few months. The seller was quick to respond and send a new inverter. The second inverter lasted...a few more months then died. We are now 13 months into owning this fan and it no longer works again.

I had an electrician put this chandelier up and I would suggest putting all the crystals on after it is hung on the ceiling. Get on a ladder and make sure you’re tall enough so you can see the holes where to put the crystals. If you put the crystals on before have to turn it upside down When putting it together and they all fall off anyway.. absolutely love the look and it’s very sturdy. We use the fan constantly and even on high. It’s very sturdy and does not shake. A solid piece of machinery. What a great idea love the see-through fan that closes completely when turned off. It’s exactly what we wanted.

I love my fandelier! I've included what it looks like when you first put it up and how it looks after you put all of the glass balls 58 of them! The shadows it casts in my room are so beautiful.The remote control is a little tough to figure out. Because there's no instructions and so how to change the lights you just keep pushing the on and off button and you'll get to the light intensity that you're looking for.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this but deducted one star because it is SO BRIGHT! There’s no way to select light warmth without clicking through all three but every one is very bright. I’d love the ability to dim. The fan is very quiet, stable, and pumps out great air. I’m pleased with this product at this price point, but will likely replace the lights or have a custom cover made to dim them.

So the product IS beautiful and the fan part works excellent. I ordered the gold & was shipped a rose gold.. I do like it, it’s for my daughters nursery so it’s a cute mistake. Electrican said it was so heavy BUT THE BRIGHTNESS is like enough for a Friday night football game. Room is a 12x12. My husband had to get LED sticker covers or else our daughter would fall over Every time the light turned on. Not sure if that’s good or bad, take what you want from it!

absolutely beautiful

Don’t get me wrong it is a beautiful light. It is one of the most beautiful lights you can imagine. However, it is blinding and there is no way to add a dimmer switch to lower the power. The light creates a rainbow effect through the entire room. Again though it is blinding bright in every color. This makes me so sad because I love the light but I also hate the intensity. My father is an electrician and We direct installed the light to the already existing switches available on the wall. This was not a difficult process. We did not use the fan accessory for the remote to do this and instead direct wired it. However, be aware that Every time we switch the light the color mode changes on the light; This is fine with me. Also, doing this you give up the choice to change fan speeds, this again is fine with me. This type of fan does not have a reverse feature. The light is a ring of led lights on a papery plastic strip that go up with magnets; so if this ever goes out it will be tough to replace. I have written the seller and suggested they create the fan with a better lighting system to allow for a dimmer switch. I am probably going to have to take this down from my bedroom and put it on a higher ceiling in a larger room due to the intensity of the light. I know many of us want light and fans like this to replace our old ones and how hard it is to find one without the remote feature. So here is an Honest review.
