Added a small amount of this to my decorator icing. Gave the icing a wonderful flavor.

I love that I can use the flavor and mimic the cheesecake flavor. I use it in exchange for Cream cheese flavor. Makes really good butter cream frosting. Smells and tastes like it should. Size is concentrated, so I can make a log of frosting.

Very good flavoring. Has a strong smell and great flavor it for some reason there is an aftertaste. Other an that, it’s a great product

I used it in my homemade coffee creamer and it is delicious!

Makes my cream cheese frosting taste delicious! I own a cottage bakery and cannot use dairy n my frosting so this is a perfect sub for cream cheese foavor

I use LorAnn Products quite frequently and on occasion when I see a bad review, I am skeptical. I've seen the "too chemically tasting" ones, and I usually will give them a go for my own choice. I REALLY hope that I just got a bad batch here but I will NOT be buying the CheeseCake flavor again. It was very promising as the smell was pleasant upon opening the bottle and I have my methods for mixing into my product with approach of smallest amount feasible and increase as needed. DId not work - as soon as I began mixing, the smell of pleasant cheesecake turned into an odd "Rubber" like smell. I will leave it at the word rubber and let your minds fill in the rest. Oily rubber synthetic smell. It did not go away upon product preparation. Whatever it was, cheesecake was not it. While there was a hint of a yogurt like taste, it was only momentary and far from use in anything I would recommend. Again - I hope it was just a one off batch but if you really want this - try a small vial first before going with larger quantities...
