Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz PC3-12800 CL9 Desktop Memory Kit

Bought this specifically because I wanted a nice cooler ( Noctua NH-D15 ) to keep my I5 4690k nice and cool. Although it says 1600MHz Its actually 1333MHz (atleast mine was),but you can simply over clock it to 16000MHz in the Bios. Runs good not dead or faulty and is compatible with a lot of different air coolers.

Plugged it in and it has been working fine with Windows 7, OS X Mavericks, and Ubuntu. Bumping it up from 1333 MHz to 1600 MHz in BIOS was simple. Plus, it looks great and doesn't have some crazy heat sink like a lot of other similar sticks. I'll probably buy another set in the near future.

I received the wrong speed ram.Its advertised ddr3 1600mhz.I got ddr3 1333mhz.

Corsair has never let me down in the memory/flash drive department. Been using their products on my system builds for years now and I have to say, even if you have a problem, they take care of it quick, no questions asked.

I couldn't recommend corsair ram more, most reliable on the market and awesome quality, if you are short on space, or in my case needed your water cooling cables in a specific spot. This is the ram for you

The performance has been great, and love the color. Goes great with my G1 Sniper B6.
