I'm so glad I found these! I don't think you can be the value you'll get for the quality, price, and amount of soft gels you'll get. I used to use a different brand which cost more, had half the mcg, and only had 30 soft gels. So when I found these, I did a little research to make sure the company is reputable, and was glad to see it is 3rd party tested. I love the small size and the light coconut scent is my favorite part because taking supplements make me gag, and the scent makes me think of pina coladas which helps a ton. I'm happy with the quality, ingredients (which are non-gmo), and the value! I'm still trying to finish a different brand of D3, which I take with K2, and once I finish that bottle I'm going to try this brand's D3. I didn't see the K2+D3 combo (not sure if the soft gels are small like these) but when that time comes I'll definitely look into it. But, for now, I have a 10 month supply of K2 that I love!

It's too early to know if these are working, or not. I got them to ensure the calcium in my blood goes to my bones, cartilage, and other places besides clogging up my arteries. Prior to starting these about 7 to 10 days ago, my fingernails were mush. The bent over easily. They chipped. They peeled away in layers. They split. and they just felt like there was absolutely no strength to them. The only time my nails felt healthy was when I was taking a calcium supplement and I'm familiar with the way healthy nails feel. After 7 to 10 days use of these capsules, my fingernails feel 90% stronger than they previously did before starting these capsules. This tells me they are probably taking some of that calcium being stored in the wrong places and putting them into my fingernails. Hoping it is also going back into my bones and cartilage and anywhere else it is needed. I love the size of these caplets. They are really small and easy to swallow too. I don't know if K2 as MK-7 and MK-4 lowers bad cholesterol, or not, and I'm not due for another DEXA scan for a couple of years, but I should be seeing stronger, thicker, faster growing nails along with other things by the time my blood work is taken again in June 2023. I really like the fact these are from all natural and not synthetic sources. Wish there were not so many differing reports out there as to how many mgs you need to take of K2. One Internet doctor who does the KETO thing says 10,000 IUs of Vitamin D3 and 300 mgs of K2 as MK-7. I am taking 40,000 to 60,000 IUs Vitamin D3 per week (20K W-Th-F) and 1 of these caplets daily. Sometimes I take 2 caplets daily (300 mgs) since there's plenty in the package. These are very reasonably priced too. They probably deserve a 5 star, but I'm going to wait until I have been taking them longer before giving them a 5 star. UPDATE: Jan 6, 2023: There's not much to be found out there regarding this company and about all the reviews I can find are here. Not too crazy about the MK-4 component in this product, but it may not be synthetic - just a by product of the sunflower seed to MK-7 process. I have to wonder if there's a better source of MK-7 than Sunflower seeds because there's not a lot of hype about that being the best source on the Internet. I previously posted my fingernails seemed to be getting much thicker and stronger, but they have relapsed a couple of times into mush again. Also, I am not benefiting from an anti-inflammatory effect in my bad knees, which have been killing me for the past several weeks. Hopefully, the anti-inflammatory effect is taking place in my arteries, preventing plaque buildup. I may be shopping around for a better source of MK-7 than Sunflower Seed Oil, if it exists. I am taking 2 caplets daily, totaling 300 mcgs daily instead of 150 mcgs. Hard to find much about the best MK-7 supplement and the source.

I love it. Specially the coconut oil carrier not seeds oil. Easy to swallow and very effective

For those of us who like to supplement with D3 and K2, this is an affordable way to get the job done.
