It most certainly fits most pretty well, although not children unless you choose that sizing option. It comes in a variety of different sizes. They are certainly effective seeing as they disappear more frequently than my other masks.The only thing you should worry about are the straps. They break quite often and are not that durable so it helps to keep spare handy...which would probably explain why they get used so often. Good quality for the price if you're looking for masks to share and nothing too advanced or fancy or too cheap and uncomfortable.They are quite comfortable as well.

I like using these masks as they are very functional, comfortable and fit nicely over my nose and mouth and does not interfere with my glasses. When placed properly over my nose, pinching the nose wire on top to fit securely on my nose, and under my glasses frame, cause them to fit snug enough that they do not fog my glasses and do not restrict my breathing which is definitely a plus. They are strong and durable. For the 100 masks I purchased, the price is definitely great.
