How do I change the nose piece?

There are extra nose pieces in the pack.

How do you clean the googles from the inside without damaging them?

I’m not sure what method the manufacturer recommends for cleaning, but just use water and our finger tips. If you are having an issue with fogging up, there are some products that you can rub on the inside of the goggles to create a temporary (1-2 days) anti-fog film. I think the products are designed for snorkles and deep divers but it works on swim goggles also. We use the “spit” brand (actual brand name) with success.
