Easy and Logical Set up.
My only issue was in the advertisement. Top of add says "First 3 months of service free" and the product description says and I quote " First 12 months of phone service included with purchase! " So which is it???????. I was hoping for the 12 months as anybody would.One thing I liked about this product over the Magic Jack is; I was able to bill it with my address in one city and 911 it with my address in another city. (in order to set up Magic Jack your 911 address had to match your credit card ZIP. and Magic Jack has nothing but High-School Idiots working for them) I am using this for the emergency phone service in my 3 floor elevator which is Code required.Easy to set up, register, install, etc---And cheaper than the rest. SO far SO good but will post again in 3 months if anything changes or they do not honor their advertisement as they should.

Not the best in terms of ease use 2 get 2 work
be sure that you get ALL the pieces. Mine was missing the cable into the power. So I was not able to test.

Good Purchase
It's a good system once you get it up and going. I've had one for about seven years and it works well. However, I bought one for my cousin and tried to install it while I was visiting him, and had problems and never got it up and going. So it can be difficult and confusing to get it going. But once you do, it works well, not as great as our old home phones did, but very well for the price you pay for it. Just don't give up if you have trouble programming it, get someone knowledgable to help you.

I've used it for 10 years
I've used this device for more than 10 years, and when its broke I bought another one. I contacted Nettalk via their website and asked them to transfer my phone number from the old device to the new one. they did that the next day because when I reached to them it was late last night.its really saved me lots of money. BTW you can used it with your fax machine as a fax

I love the product, and customer service is top notch. It just took a little too long getting shipped to me.

Works better then Magic Yack
Had Magic Yack and it had so much static I cancelled after a year. This ones a lot more clear and easy to install, so far so good.

Very very poor NETtalk honesty
Very very poor NETtalk honesty. NETtalk lost my USPS documented and tracked/return item purchase due to "Mailing Label Error", . .and then refused to replace it with with another unit. I had to purchase a 2nd one through Amazon. Amazon? OK. . . . . NETtalk? I will avoid them in the future.
