Very nice. Lid is very secure, has 3 latches. Measures 7.5" across-the-top.9-16-20:. Finally made my leche flan. This pan easily held the 12 yolks and 2 cans of milk with room to spare. It heated the sugar very well without burning while making the caramel. The seal was excellent. No moisture at all inside the pan after opening. Easy to put in and out of the steamer because of the handy lid handle. It cooked evenly. A simple butter knife around the flan to loosen it and it slipped out easily. Easy cleanup. I would highly recommend this flan pan.

This is a great baking item for Flan in the Instant Pot or oven.

The Flan mold is an excellent product due to the quality of the material.

Nice solid flan tin. only complaint is the round channel at the bottom gets filled with caramel and that is a pain to clean out.

The container is alot smaller than expected it will be a small flan instead of regular size. Small box of mash potatoes fits perfect inside. Its 3 inches height and 24 inches around. Its cute size i just hope it comes out good the measurements i got was for a regular size pan
