It does the job intended
I’ve been wearing the belt for a few days. I slept with it in as well. I ordered the smallest one and it is pretty small.(I weight 49kgs.) and my normal waist is about 27 inches. What I don’t like is that it is only about 2 inches wide. If it were wider, I think it might be more comfortable, but on the whole I don’t notice it much during the day.
