**Q: how to get the cream out of the jar**
A: We have heard of a few issues with this new jar being unpredictable and have alerted the packaging manufacturer to have this resolved asap. This is such a unique and incredible face cream and the packaging will be better than ever soon!

**Q: Does anyone use this along with the renew serum? I’ve noticed that both of them say to use after cleanser and toner, but not sure if both are needed.**
A: Hi! Yes, you can absolutely use this with Renew Serum! After cleansing and toning, apply Renew Serum then apply Restorative Cream on top.

**Q: Can this be used as a daytime cream or preferably at night?**
A: The Restorative Cream can be used daily and under make-up. It is very creamy and a little goes a long way. Might I suggest the Conditioning Milk Cleanser. It is just as creamy as the Restorative Cream with the feeling of a smooth and clean face when rinsed. Love their products! I don't think you would be disappointed.

**Q: Why is the tube not blue and white? Is the tube shown an older version?**
A: This photograph is the old packaging for Glo Therapeutics. The new packaging is blue and white.
