How are these different than the regular leg irons?

I guess that would be determined by how you define “regular” leg irons. These are high quality and extremely sturdy, like real handcuffs, but with extra length in the chain to give more slack for movement. The clasps are also shaped more oblong to fit properly around the ankles.
