Only been taking this daily for a couple of months. Hair and nails seem much stronger and healthier and not snapping/breaking as much. Also my skin is not as dry. I am hoping that with continued use I will see more benefits from taking this supplement. The taste is both sweet and sour, which I don't mind, it reminds me of certain sweets I would buy when I was a little girl.

Hello again Nutrality 🙋‍♀️ & Amazon customers.I have been taking collagen supplements for many years, on & off. For the past 8 years or so I have been taking it daily. The result is that my skin is much younger-looking than my (almost) 75 years. I have tried many brands & many forms. The "good" ones affect positively my skin, joints, back, hair, nails & brainpower. The "bad" ones do nothing at all for me & I have been disappointed many times, having wasted my money.Nutrality products fall into the positive effects group & this fruity, bovine liquid works well for me. I always take it with an oil product to facilitate good absorption. At the moment I alternate between 20ml of an organic, EV olive oil or my Omega-3 wild fish oil capsules with EPA, DHA & ASTAXANTHIN, - all from Amazon.I have found that for me, taking a short break from a brand after 3 months or so of regular supplementing before resuming gives me best results. I use another "good" brand for me for 2 weeks. I like the Zooki liposomal liquid for the in-between but sadly they have priced themselves out of my budget.I'm happy to be back with Nutrality as this pleasant-tasting liquid has got me back on track with my skin, hair & nails responding well. Also my joints & back pain have become more bearable so I can reduce my painkillers & come off the steroids.This company, - Nutrality, are lovely to deal with as, as well as being efficient they are not greedy & offer fair prices. i always purchase this brand every month and have been fine with it, but my last bottle was sooo sweet it made me gag!! i noticed the liquid was a lot thinner too than my previous bottles. i noticed this was strawberry flavour where as the others were berry flavour which was more palatable. im trying to message the seller but can't seem to, so hopefully they see this. i think im going to have to change brands as i can't stand the ridiculously sweet taste!! 🤮😝

I'm an (almost!) 50 year old perimenopausal woman and this is my first time taking Collagen. Con first, one cap tastes like a whole bag of melted jelly babies, it's SO sweet!!! However, I'm loving this product, my hair is thicker (I can tell when I wash it), my skin feels plumper and hydrated, my joints feel great. BUT, my review comes with a big caveat, at the same time I started taking this, my hrt dose was upped, I started eating better, and I started on omega 3 and Vitamin D (I was fed up of feeling so awful all the time so went full throttle). So I can't say 100% that the changes are wholey down to this product, but I like to think it contributes to my now feeling amazing so I will definitely keep on using it.

I used to drink one more famous brand of collagen drink, but they sold out and I was in desperate need of collagen drink. I have tried both powder, pills and liquid, liquid is the best. Pills do nothing for me- just feel like I am wasting my monies.This one though...comes with other vitamins and elements in it, which you need like biotin. I am a massive fan of biotin- good for your hair and nails. After just two-three days I could see a massive improvement to the skin on my face. Initially, I was not sure what it is then I remembered I started this collagen drink. My skin was a bit dry and very tired before. To be honest, I am not sure why I am surprised since I know that quality collagen drink has visible results on skin. For info- I am close to 35 years of age, if that is of any importance. My skin looks fresher, my two fine lines on my forehead look less visible and overall my skin looks more radiant.I will be purchasing from them again.

I ordered 2 of these, has they were very reasonably priced, i have taken liquid collagen for over a year, quite expensive collagen, then i saw this one so decided to give it a go. I have been taking it for a month and i am now onto my second bottle, the age spots or sun spots on the back of my hands are fading, also i had sun damage on my forehead and a little on my cheeks which is now fading and i don't need to wear makeup anymore everyday, i just put on a little tinted moisturiser, and off i go. I will be ordering more of this liquid collagen very soon.
