I get this one for my daughter, she loved itThis iron heats fast, has a long enough cord which doesn't tangle, and it absolutely never snags my hair. The plates meet evenly, with the slightest space between them. This gadget has a slim profile and curved edges that allow for easy wave creation, should you be so inclined.I had to buy this for her to stopped her of using my, I actually bought two other Remington flat irons before buying this one, and I don't care much for either. I'm not afraid to say I'm somewhat leery of Aima products, because they're consistently inconsistent.Aima products are either epic or fail. There is no getting around it. I gave this one a try, honestly, because I trusted Celeste's review. She has wavy/curly hair, but it's fine, too. I've never met her, but I've seen many photos and even video. I felt after reading her review this flat iron would likely work for me, and it rocks! Thanks, Celeste!And to top it off, the price is so low! Do check the price from different search results if you have Prime. I found this in a Prime Pantry search, but it was actually less expensive on its own with Prime shipping. My wife was looking for a nice hair straightener in a reasonable price. The one she was using before purchasing this one used to take a very long time to heat up. But she says that this new one heats up in less than a minute. You can have a straight, nice hair with this hair straightener. It is light and portable, so she can now carry it whenever she needs to travel outside. It is really a great product that you can purchase in such a reasonable price.

First flatiron I have ever used. It heats up fast. Lowest setting is all I use. I have been using for about 7 weeks with no issues yet.

I love this straightener and curler iron. I recently cut my hair off into a bob and my other straightener was too wide so I needed a smaller one. It's great for curls as well. Price, delivery and quality was great. I will definitely buy from this seller again. One small thing- there was nothing in the box but the iron, no directions or anything but its pretty easy to figure out.

Loved the flat iron portion. I have longer, thicker hair due to extensions. Was able to easily straighten.Curling on the other hand not so much. Curled the last 2 inches fine, but pulled on hair as it “glided” down to curl. No wave, no curl except at very end. No heat on outside, just from straightening plates.Get it it you want a straightener! Pass on the 2-1 curler idea.

Straightener works extremely well! It heats up very fast, in a few minutes. I usually use a thicker straighten, but the quality of this thin one is just as good. I like that it locks, for safety; I haven’t had another straighten like that. I was able to get my hair pin straight. You can also do a nice curl, by rolling as you use. As a bonus, you get clips, that have a good grip, to help section off your hair. that's cool.

Unfortunately, my curls went completely flat within an hour. I tried dry curls at first but they fell before I even got to the other side of my hair. Then i used a mist of hairspray which held them for about an hour. I ended up pulling out my curling rod and had my curls for the rest of the evening without anymore products. I will be returning this iron.

I needed a straightern for my very thick hair. This is the first one that works for me. I have some wavey hair in spots but it really got rid of it. If I need a little curl at the end that is also very easy.
