No shelf but really quiet
I initially thought the shelf was missing but reading other reviews, it doesn't come with one (there are grooves in the middle of the sides of the fridge that strongly suggest it once had a shelf!)Things fit in very well without it tbh.It's in my sons room and he sleeps well with the very very quiet hum. This is mainly what I was concerned about when he asked for one for his bday but rest assured, it's quiet.Fits a good amount in, it's bigger than many other small fridges, 12 coke cans worth! Good for when he has friends round.He loves the look of it, slightly retro.

Bigger than a lot of this type of small fridge and has a handy shelf for chocolate or anything else you want chilled as well as your drinks
