Got 1 of these 6 years ago, still working great, got one for my cave, but it only worked about a year, voltage spike wiped it out, now have a UPS, so got another one

Very good soundbase from Sinclair Audio
Very good sound quality, easy setup, control easily with my existing tv remote, so far very pleased with this unit! Comprares very favorably with Zvox, Sony, Klipsch, and Pioneer soundbase units that I have owned. Only slight drawback for me is lack of really deep bass. Please note, there is plenty of bass output from the built in downfiring subwoofer and rear ported enclosure, but the single 5.25 inch sub doesn't dig really deep. Sound quality is impressive and very crisp from the 4 front facing drivers and downfiring sub, with plenty of adjustments available to tune to your liking. Excellent build quality, looks and feels solid, and classy looking from the front for sure. Nice blue digital disappearing display on front is a nice touch too. Overall, very pleased with the sound, ease of use, and quality of this soundbase mini v2 from Canada's own Sinclair audio. Very good overall soundbase. Gave it 3 stars because Zvox soundbases are superior in nearly every way, but are also much pricier.

Was Ok until it quit working.
I'd like to start off that I didn't buy this product here but I do buy a lot of things off amazon.It was given to me as a gift. I've had SoundPad Mini V2 for less than 8 months.Then one day recently while watching TV my SoundPad Mini V2 started making a buzzing sound and then there was a loud POP noise. The audio then quit working. The power comes on but nothing out of the speakers. I synced the bluetooth part with my phone just to see if it was a audio cable problem for whatever reason and it still didn't work. I've contacted support through email and they had been quick to respond each time. From July 30th to August 4 they replied twice to my mails to customer service. On August 4 I sent them the information they asked for via email and have hear nothing back. On August 11th I sent another email asking if there is any update on My warranty exchange/service and still no reply as of today August 16. I was not really dissatisfied with the product because I know things go bad at times even if it's known to be a quality product. But I have grown quite frustrated with this warranty service and probably won't purchase a Sinclair Audio product in the future.
