Mine came with no instruction manual. Shouldn't there be one?

Not unless you bought it new. Used items are described individually by each seller. You can download a manual form the Nikon website for free or use a mobile version of it.

It states hat this is a refurbished camera and comes with a case , battery, 128 MB memory card & charger. Correct?

I am not seeing that listing. We have the camera listed for sale as the camera only. The only accessories that comes with the camera are listed in the description.

The lens in my Coolpix S9400 does not function (maybe sticks) when the weather is very humid. Can anything be done about this?
