Sweet, Spicy, and Slightly Evil (In the Best Way)
As a girly with a high spice tolerance and zero regrets, I can confirm—when Mike says “extra hot,” he means it. This stuff brings the heat like it’s auditioning for Hot Ones. That said, it’s still my go-to for EVERYTHING: pizza, potatoes, toast, chicken, revenge...Absolutely delicious with that perfect sweet-then-scorch combo. I made the mistake (or genius move?) of letting my spice-fearing husband try the extra hot, and his reaction was somewhere between a cartoon dragon and an airhorn. 10/10 entertainment value.Get this if you like your condiments with a personality and your taste buds slightly on edge.

Soooo good!
This stuff is amazing. My favorite application is on pepperoni pizza but it's also really good on a grilled cheese or on a charcuterie board. Original flavor has a nice kick to it. The black container is seriously warm; I have to eat it in very small portions. I have tried other hot honeys and this is by far the best. I think this two pack would make a great addition to a gift basket or a stocking.

Hot and sweet and very tasty
Really enjoy this hot sauce. It tastes great on fried rice, sandwiches and pizza so far and yes, it adds a good something. The extra hot was perfect for me as I love spicy food in general yet not too overpowering. I think it's a good value for the money just because of the flavor alone. Now I tend to keep it stocked. A definite must try.

Hotter, not Better
Definitely has more of a kick than the regular version. After the initial tasting and reading the label, I was concerned they just added capsaicin extract. There is no mention of specific peppers, just a reference to "extra" peppers. In my opinion, they used ghost (bhut jolokia) peppers based on the smoky, somewhat harsh, back of the throat burn. Again, my opinion, but not the best pepper for flavor or in combination with honey. This would be much better with a brighter, citrusy variety like scotch bonnet, fatalii, or habanero. The smoky heat and flavor pretty much confines its use to meat heavy foods like ribs, burgers, or sausages. It's not for me, but still a good entry in the hot honey space.

Great Hot Honey!
For that sweet taste on pizza, BBQ, and other foods. Add it to my coffee every morning, great sweetness with a twist.

A Zesty Favorite in Our Kitchen! 🌶️
My adult daughter adores this product—and I can see why! It’s become her go-to for adding a bold, flavorful kick to everything from chicken dishes to simple crackers. Whether she’s layering it into marinades or just spooning it onto a snack, it delivers a delightful bite that wakes up the taste buds without overwhelming them. What makes it special is that perfect balance: spicy enough to make you take notice, but smooth and savory enough to keep you coming back for more. It’s versatile, vibrant, and just plain fun to cook with. If you enjoy a little heat with a whole lot of flavor, this one’s a winner.

One drop and my mouth was on fire
Delicious, rich flavor. But make no mistake this stuff is HOT! For reference, I usually get the level 4 out of 5 spice level at Thai restaurants and this was an easy 4, maybe even 5.
