I use coconut oil for absolutely everything. I use it for oil pulling, for making lotions and salves, toothpaste and deodorant, I use it for cooking and baking. It has so many purposes! This particular product really only has one single use that I can see. It's easy to transport. There isn't enough in a capsule to actually use for anything accept maybe a little lip balm or dry skin patch, possibly to take off makeup They're convenient if you're traveling and you don't want to carry around your jar of coconut oil. You would have to take 4 or 5 of them to get even a tsp. and you would have to open up several to oil pull even one time. The capsules are really really thick. Thicker than a normal capsule. That might make them easier to swallow but I can't see how taking one capsule, which is the recommended dose, would do anything for you.
