Happy I made the decision to get this Grill
I do love this Grill. I just got the grill yesterday and I tried out a different things to cook on it to see how it works. I cooked hot dogs and chicken on the grill. And I also use the griddle this morning to make breakfast using pancake batter, bacon, and scrambled. All of it came out very well and was easy to cook. When you first open the box you get all of the equipment including the grill, the water pan that holds up to 2 cups of water, the grill and the griddle, the heating element, and the catcher that catches all of the promising grease from the grill. When I first use the grill to cook the hot dogs in the chicken I wanted to use my Liquid Smoke which is a additive to have your grill have a smoke outside flavor to your food I added it to the water pan the liquid smoke flavor the food to give it outside grilled flavor. So it makes it easier to give your food a extra Grill flavor if you so desire toI can also tell you that when you first plug in the grill the fan turns on automatically and there is no smoke that comes from the grill I even tried it without the fan and there was very limited smoke with it. Lastly, the temperature setting starts at 200 degrees and can be changed all the way up to 400 degrees. You can change the grill temperature but using the plus and minus button and it changes in 50 degrees each time you press it. For example it goes from 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, and 450 and that's where it stops at. Also while you're grilling you can always change the temperature automatically just by tapping the plus or minus button so you are not locked by the temperatures you have set it atThe last thing I want to talk about is the cleaning which is very easy to do. To do quick cleaning all you have to do is take the grill are The Griddle pan and wipe it off with a wet cloth or wait till it cools down and clean it in the sink and get rid of any leftovers grease for anything that fell to the bottom tray lastly you would empty the water tray. But you can always put it in a dishwasher when you feel like you're ready to really clean it. But since it's non-stick it is super easy just the white down and reassemble everything back into place. But always remember to put at least one cup of water in the water tray before you start cooking because the water does evaporate while you're cooking. So My overall opinion is very highly and I would recommend this Grill to anybody who's looking for a new grill. If there is any changes that comes up I will try to update my review but so far I love this little Grill.

Awesome Indoor Grill
My husband bought me this grill for Christmas and I love it! I've used it twice so far...once for salmon and once for skish-kabobs and both were amazing. The size is pretty good (I wouldn't mind if it was a bit larger) and we could fit enough for 4 servings and it really is smokeless. I actually forgot to put the water tray which helps with smoke removal under the grill the first time and I still didn't notice smoke in the house. You have to season the grill which took about 20 minutes and was super easy. It made perfect grill marks and cooks pretty fast with the lid on. I was also amazed at how easy it cleans up. I used marinade all over the kabobs I made and all the pieces just required a cloth wash to get all the burnt stuff off...it looked like new after I washed it. And every piece of the grill comes apart so its super, super easy to clean everything....loved that. My one criticism is that I wish the glass lid was more domed because I notice with really thick foods, there's not quite enough room between the grill surface and lid to cover the food properly. Otherwise, the lid works great. Bottom line, I love this thing and its going to be used a lot in my kitchen...especially in the winter when I want grilled food without having to go outside in the cold to use the grill. Awesome grill!

Very pleasantly surprised at how good this grill is.
I purchased this because our town and apartment complex doesn't permit outdoor grilling. They turned out just like they would if cooked on my big grill outside. Yes, you will get grill marks. Easy to clean too. You can cook 6 large burgers at once and since the chicken breasts are so large, I would say 3 max.I've cooked burgers, just seasoned with Krazy Salt and garlic powder and they cooked up perfectly. Definitely suggest using an instant read thermometer in order to get a proper cook on them. 126° is the perfect temperature for medium rare. Move burger to side of turned off grill to rest about 5 minutes.Last night I cooked chicken breasts. Since they're 1.25 pounds each, they took at least 20 minutes per side to reach an internal temperature of 165°. If not done after that time frame, keep cooking them for about 3 more minutes per side. Once they hit 163°, I added a glaze. I prefer Kona Coast teriyaki sauce in either the orange or pineapple glaze. Excellent product, best price at Walmart. Brush glaze on one side and cover the grill for about 2 minutes. Turn and glaze the other side for another 2 minutes covered. Turn off grill and turn them again to do a final glaze and let them rest about 5 minutes on the outer sides of the grill. The glaze will almost shellac and not run off the chicken. Final temperature will be at least 165°.One caveat is that I did keep the kitchen and ceiling fans on and had the patio door opened about 3 inches. The burgers will provide a bit of smoke that cleared once the grill fan comes on. No smoke with the chicken.
