A great buy for the money. IT is as good as I was hoping.
I believe for the money this cooler is spot on. Love it for its size and the fact that it has duel zone cooling. It looks good standing alone although one could build it into a cabinet. The temp range does vary 3-4 degrees however I suspect it has to do with cycling on and off. The chrome racks hold the wine and can be rolled out easily to view what you have available. For the money it seems well built. Very quiet! Highly recommend this beverage cooler especially for wine.

3rd wine fridge from wine enthusiast because others were sold with the homes. Great product!
Great dual-zone, 32 bottle wine fridge. Holds temperatures just fine. Product arrived 3 days ahead of schedule. Packaging protected the fridge perfectly.

A nice Wine Cooler, after I figured why it seemed loud.
First off, putting the handles on the doors was aggravatingly difficult. Slipping the screw behind the door gasketing and shoving the screw through a hole that didn't exactly 'line up' took a bit longer than expected. We let it sit for a day to settle any freon, then plugged it in.I figured it would be a bit loud, but it seemed to be almost just 'too loud' for us.The compressor running was OK but some solenoid or contact was clicking and making quite the racket every few minutes. I waited another day like that then decided to look closer.Everything seemed good around the compressor area so I thought I'd check level. It was way off level even though the floor is good. I spent a few minutes leveling it, slid it back as close to the wall as possible, checked level again and it seems to be running quieter. We're happy with it, it seems to run a couple degrees warmer than the setting but it's close enough. Maybe if I put a little sound dampening thing behind it some day or find a cabinet to fit around it someday it would run even quieter, but for now it's doing good. One thing, it does seem to cycle on/off quite a lot even though it's over 1/2 full with bottles, maybe every 2 or 3 minutes.

fine dual zone wine fridge
This is a fine looking wine fridge. Its temperature controls with two zones work fine within a degree or two. Noise is very low and infrequent. I am keeping it in my living room. The shelf space may be a little tight for non-standard thick bottles. If there many of these, one of the shelfs may be removed reducing the total number of bottles; however, I haven't need to do this so far.

Electrical buzzing
Very disappointed with this wine fridge. While the compressor is working has a very annoying electric buzzing that starts when you least expect and keeps for a few seconds, randomly. I tried to contact Wine Enthusiast right after I bought the fridge and the only response I ever received from them was one email with a video that had no sound saying that this is the normal operating sound. After that I send multiple emails, never received a response to them. Now I have a wine fridge that I cannot use, due to that electrical buzzing that sounds very unsafe.I would give 0 stars to this product if I could

Sharp and functional
I love wine (who doesn't?), especially reds. However, living in a condo, it's hard to maintain reds at a good serving temperature. No basement to stick these bottles in.I had toyed with the idea of a wine fridge for awhile, and finally pulled the trigger earlier this year. I did some research and the two main features I wanted were: 1) quiet operation, and 2) dual zone. It seemed pointless to shell out for a single zone fridge where I could only house either reds or whites, but not both. This unit was billed as a quiet/silent wine fridge, and happy to report that it definitely meets those standards. I can best describe the noise as a white noise / slight hum. Enough to know that it's running, but not enough to be distracting. The temperature zones are great - I've got reds on top, whites/rose on the bottom. In terms of design, the top section (reds) has the capability to store wines both lying flat, as well as standing up (2 bottles max). This is great because you can keep the wines flat for longer term storage, but if you have a vacuum wine stopper you can theoretically open a bottle, plug it back with the vacuum stopper, and then put it back in the wine fridge while standing up - keeping it fresh and drinkable for at least another week. Finally - the design is very sleek / modern. Looks great in a living room. Very happy with my purchase, and would recommend it to anyone who is like me - not a wine connoisseur but who is simply looking to make the most of their wines.
