Picture quality is fabulous, just like 1080p YouTube video. SD channels are also having good reception. minimal reception problem with cloudy whether. I am not so happy with the packages, I prefer A la carte with their basic plan. Service is too good. the service person visited within hours when I lodged a complaint. Installation is also simple and sleek,BUTthey charged me extra Rs. 300 for installation which was already paid. Android app is useless and hopeless. User interface is pathetic, you cannot sort channels selected. You select 2 channels and keep browsing 3000 channels to locate them. Their calling centre is irritating. They will call you at peak working hrs and irrespective of how busy you are, they will start offering channels for you and your family!. If you ignore calls, you will find 20-30 missed calls a day. If you block them, they change numbers, but they will call you!

Good product on 1400/

The product works good. The seller showed, the product is HD RF set up box with RF remote. But, the seller supplied me with normal HD box with IR remote. So, the box is without recording facility and without RF remote, which is a disappointment.

My tv is 55 inch and even this tv which is 4k hd channel look like 4k and set top box is sooo small and thanks to its radio-frequency remote I don't have to worry about the range and setopbox I can just simply put it away like behind the tv and won't have to wave remote here and there and it's definitely vallue for money best buy

The product shown in the picture is different and the product delivered was different. Why..??During installation the engineer was took service charge for installation Which was Nt expected and the product is of for free installation.

Great deal got it few days back working well picture quality is good everything working fine, except for one thing the delivery guy took 100rs for traveling to my place and 150rs for wire total 250rs which i didn't argue just gave

Writing review after 1 month not recommended at all person visited in hours for installation and taken 6 hours to install they change set top box 4 time person visited said "online order kroge to aisa hi problem aata hai", aapke tv ka settop box alag hoga shayad" now suddenly set top box stopped working I have a maximum reacharge value in my account and also set top box is auto restarting (shut down while watching TV) Also when you will install this some one will call you to Give 5 star ratingPathetic Product now I have to engage with customer care number of time by wasting my precious time......
