Size description is inaccurate
Just wanted people to be aware that the outside dimensions are NOT 8.5. They are 7.5 or 7.6. While this will work for me, an inch discrepancy as published can be very problemmatic for people. The inside dimension is barely 7.25". It also curves on the bottom with a kind of lip, which is not the best for making flan. It should be a smooth/flat bottom.

Not for instant pot!
Do not use this in an instant pot for anything but a flan! Also let it cool before trying to open! I did peach cobbler in it and when I took it out and tried to open it, it blew up all over me and my kitchen!It is made nice but don’t really think it should be used in a pressure cooker!

Perfect flan every time
The best idea ever, perfect in the instant pot for flan, but could also be used in the water boil method of making flan, water does not get in and flan comes out beautifully perfect.

I love it!
I love it! Nice size, seals tight, easy to clean, the caramel and flan doesn’t stick and slide out nicely

Much better than other pans I've tried
Used it in the oven in a bath of water. Turned out perfect.I have not tried it in a pressure cooker yet.
