Bought this is in FEB 2024 - just checked the bottom of box and it says best before date is MAY 2023. I have issued refund.

I typically have separate Vit C and Vit D, this package has tablets that consists of both and best for travelling. I found no allergies or side-effects so far after eating them for 3 days. I highly recommend it.

This is quite a decent, wide-ranging combination aimed at supporting the immune system. Each capsule contains 512mg of Vitamin C but all other ingredients except B6 are below the RDA, or there is not one listed, so it shouldn't clash if you are taking some of the ingredients separately. I like that there are natural fruits, herbs and even mushrooms included, although I am not so taken with the D vitamin as it is D2, rather than D3. Otherwise it is a pretty good, if low dose, combination. It comes in the form of a quite large capsule that does go down with water. You get 60 for just under £25 which is a bit over the top for my budget, especially as I prefer to take a much higher dose of vitamin C and I take mega D3 as well. So it would not be my first choice, but if you are not taking anything and your diet is a bit patchy, it could be a good place to start.

This supplement is very expensive at £25 for 60 days especially as the contents are are not especially potent and well below the recommended daily allowance for most of the vitamins and minerals with the exception of Vitamin C. The Vitamin D is in the form of Vitamin D2 rather than the more readily accessible Vitamin D3 so I question the efficacy. the packaging is also bother too large for the contents which is a waste of resources. Especially over winter - and particularly in this pandemic hit winter - Vitamin D supplementation and possibly Vitamin C supplementation is a good idea but there are much cheaper ways of achieving the same aim.

If reports are correct that Vitamins C and D can help protect us against Covid, then it will be a low cost, effective step that we will all be able to dose ourselves with easily.I'm very pleased with these tablets - they're easy to take, and the brand is one of impressive quality.
