KASTFORCE Panel Dolly, 600 Lbs Capacity, Drywall Mover with 8" Non-Flat Wheels, 0~10 Inch Adjustable Clamp Panel Cart, Wood and Fence Mover, Door Dolly KF4002

I needed a way to roll my 24' extension ladder around as it almost too heavy for one person to move. This panel dolly was perfect for the job! It came in a sturdy cardboard box, shrink wrapped to hold all the pieces together in a nice easy to handle bundle. There was no assembly instructions included but it was easy to put together. Included are two eight inch airless rubber wheels, four washers (two for each wheel, one washer is placed on the axle before the wheel is installed and the other washer is placed on the axle after the wheel is installed), my kit had three R-clip pins to fasten each wheel to its axle so I have a spare, there are two heavy duty 14" x 1" square chrome plated steel tubes, and 4 thumb nuts used to fasten the 8 1/2" tall heavy duty steel sliders to the tubes. The thumb nuts make it easy to adjust the width of the dolly to match your load. The box says the panel dolly can accommodate loads upto 9" wide but I found I can actually go almot to ten inches. The box says the clamping plates are 15"x16" but mine are actually 8 1/2" tall by 16" wide. For moving doors and paneling, I like the 8 1/2" tall height. With loads, the panel dolly rolls very nicely. This tool will make a nice addition to my tools. If your looking for a well built, heavy duty panel dolly, you should try this one out. I am sure you'll like it as much as do.

Purchased this to make it easier to move 6'x8' preassembled fence panels for our fencing project. Moved two on my own by hand and my back did not like me after. The wheels even rolled over muddy grass. I was able to fit three at a time on the adjustable clamp. Makes it way easier. Unit is heavier than expected and very sturdy.

Great device for helping move large items. I have used this one in conjunction with another one with wider tires to help move crossties. The only issue I have had is every so often I have had to adjust the width because it had slid out; but that is to be expected since they are so wide. I know it is not what it was made for, but works well.

This works great moving large whiteboards, and pictures at work. Your back will thank you.

A simple and effective way to move any kind of panel, plywood or sheetrock. I don't move more than 6 at a time, but I'm almost 70. I like that the base also opens wider for moving other objects like columns under 16 inches. It's a tetter - totter type apparatus. The sides do require you to lift whatever you're moving up & over the sides, but it's not terrible. A very sturdy tool. Pros: It does what it's supposed to. Moves plywood, sheetrock etc. ...with ease Cons - I wish some kind of attachment was available for a rope or something to pull the trolley from under the load. (u can drill a hole and put a rope in urself)

It would be fine if you have a 2" thick table, but ours had boards along the edge, and it didn't stay clamped for long. It turned out I could carry the hardwood kitchen table by myself. Maybe you could fit a 4x4 or something under the table edge to make the clamp work?

Easy assembly. I moved 30, 6' X 8' sections of privacy fence by myself using this panel dolly. Yes I had to adjust the width a few times, but all in all this economical tool did what I needed it to do. Now that my project is done, I am donating it to my friends handyman. I hope he finds it as helpful as I did.

Company was great to work with. My wife and I had to haul 6' x 8' fence sections which were too heavy for her to help me. Bought this unit and set the fencing into it, and we both were able to roll it about 100' to place the fence panels where they needed to go. Ground wasn't the most level with holes and mounds, but we were able to roll it along and saved our backs. Very useful tool.

j'ai 75 ans ,je dois me ménager, présentement j'ai défait un garage pour le localiser ailleur sur mon terrain ,j'ai défait les murs en section de 8 a 12 pieds, avec mon voisin, j'ai roulé le mur a soixante pieds sans efforts, et des feuilles de contre-plaqué 3/4, un seul bémol, les roues devrait etre pneumatique pour rouler mieux sur gravier(ce que je vais faire).

I'm a fire door chippy for 35 years so I know my stuff , this is by far the best door dolly I ve come across ticks all the right boxes clever and sturdy design my first impression is it'll outlast my working career, and still be doing it job well into my sons time on the tools .

I had to drill out the box beams so the thumb turns would lock the mouth in place. I use it for moving steel doors during large commercial warehouses construction. Rolls over extension cords on slab no problems. A bit pricey… but solid and fuctional.
