Personally I find this a little too firm to be comfortable but it's doing its job post hip surgery which is to stop me crossing my legs in my sleep.

I have knee issues and purchased this knee pillow to stop my knees rubbing and causing pain. Initially the memory foam was firm and provided good separation of my knees but after just three nights the foam became soft and the separation greatly reduced resulting in my knees becoming painful again. The first night I used the pillow it fealt cool and I thought that the gel pads were great however on 2nd night the pillow did not feel so cool and my legs began to get sweaty as a result of the memory foam. The pillow is meant to be secured by a velcro strap however the manufacturer has used a short length of low quality velcro and a a result the strap can easily be released just by moving your legs. This pillow may be suitable for someone with a slight frame but for someone over 6ft in hight with strong muscular legs it has proved to be totally ineffective at providing adequate knee separation and reducing pain. For me it was a total waste of money.

I've had a hip injury for some time and lately, after I sleep I wake up with it sore. Been using this on and off for couple of weeks and seems to work as appears to greatly alleviate the hip soreness. The memory foam is very firm but I guess it has to be to hold your hips in place. Otherwise if it were softer it wouldn't work as well I think. Also, I was worried it wouldn't stay in place and I'd wake up with it somewhere on my bed. But the strap that holds it to the leg is very effective together with the shape of the pillow. So overall I'm very pleased with it especially as it was very cheap. Would definitely recommend for anyone with any chronic hip pain. It seems to work by holding the hips open which I guess means the femer head (the ball bone at the top of the leg bone) stays more central and isn't pressing against any tissues which would normally cause soreness if you've got an injury there I imagine.

Thought this would be better than going for a cheaper option, but I found it far too hard, uncomfortably hard in fact. Saw one for sale in our local garden centre, of all places, which is superb! I’m now trying to think what I can use a good quality rock hard block of foam for!

I've been using this for a couple weeks now and I really like it. I bought this for using under my knees when sleeping on my back, and between my knees when sleeping on my side. I have a herniated disc and using this pillow has greatly reduced the discomfort and pain I feel while sleeping and after getting up in the morning.The cover is very nice and soft. The pillow is the perfect firmness. I had a bolster before that was way too hard and cut off the circulation. This pillow is nice and comfortable, and I use it all night, every night with no problems. It also gets nice and warm with my body heat, which is an added benefit in the winter.The memory foam forms nicely into whatever shape you need - not too soft and not too firm.I’ve also tried to show a picture of the handprint test in the memory foam, although my photography isn’t the best lol. I literally can’t sleep without it anymore. If you’re on the fence, JUST BUY IT!!!

This product is not well built. Was so uncomfortable. On top of this, while I only used it once for less than an hour, there are material knicks so the outside material is not very good quality.

Was skeptical as pillow is hard, but the design works well and stays in place all night. It has definitely improved the pain in my hips. A nicer quality cover would be appreciated, current one " pills" quickly. Has cooling pads, but might be too warm for the summer.

This pillow is very hard and so I could not get comfortable with it. I could not use it one time so I had to return it. Maybe someone else may like it that needs a stable hard pillow to put between their legs to help them.
