AAA Size Battery Placeholder Conductor Fake Dummy Battery Setup Shell(8-Pack)

I have applications where I need these and these fill the bill. Are the correct size and of good quality. Would buy again.

I have been slowly transitioning from standard 1.5V alkaline cells to various rechargeable lithium formulations (3.2 to 3.7V). These "blanks" provide a short across the second AAA cell so a single 3.2V (LiFePO4) or 3.7V (lithium ion) cell can replace the 2-cell standard batteries. MUCH better alternative to the older Nickel Metal Hydride (1.2V) rechargeable batteries - just remember to NOT try to place these in a charger (and they have a printed reminder on them to that effect). I highly recommend these as a safe and economical alternative to disposable batteries.

I'm using these to replace the 2 cells in my 3 cell headlights when replacing the alkaline batts with Lithium type.

I loved these when they were silver. Unfortunately the new green color makes them the same color as the 10440 vapcells I use, which makes it easy to confuse the two. Go back to the old silver wraps!

I use these AA place-holders so I can use a lithium battery to replace two alkalines. I haven't had any overheating or any other issues.

Using these along with my EBLS 10440 on my Cateye Tights and boy did they make the lights bright!

These work great when I use higher voltage lithium batteries and need to bring the voltage down over all.
