Price and quality
So far I have not found an eye liner that does not dry out. Eyeliner purchased online drys out so you.get.very little of the product for the amount of money you pay. I don't know if they the shelf life is too long but not satisfied with purchasing eyeliner online

Excellent brush
I don’t necessarily wear a wing liner, but this brush is absolutely essential for getting that very fine line versus the thicker line! I use it with a dark brown eyeshadow and absolutely love it because I can get very close to the waterline and I can actually get the wing. I included a picture of it next to a regular eyeliner brush to show you how small it is. This is one of the best purchases ever as far as make up tool items go!!!!! Wish I would’ve bought this brush 20 years ago! Or even five years ago
