Issues with LED and water leak
Very disappointing, was initially very pleased with the tap. Couple of months later the LED stopped working and I noticed water leaking with a tiny hole in the arm of the tap causing limescale, found it very odd, how’s that possible and now I have seen a few more and am very concerned. Tried to see if I can reach out and get it repaired but there’s no option. Writing here in the hope that someone can help.

Overall excellent product for the cost
We bought this for kitchen faucet in our new build. Overall simple install. Size and proportion are perfect for our sink and space. Great industrial look for our farmhouse at a fraction of the name brands prices. We’ve had it about a year now. A few minor issues: 1. the base seems to keep coming loose and pivoting every time we turn the faucet.no matter how much we tighten the screw Pretty simple fix; added additional plumbers putty under base and used clear silicone around the base to hold in place. 2. The led just started malfunctioning and only flashes red all the time when using. Minor details. We may try to take it off and soak in descaler. Or just find and order a stainless steel piece to replace it.

An Excellent Kitchen Upgrade
Although we were a bit skeptical we bought this based upon all of the positive Amazon reviews. Although it's too early to know how it will hold up long term, our initial perception on the quality and aesthetics of this faucet is that it is a high quality faucet that rivals name brand products costing 4-5 times more. It looks beautiful, feels solid, and the water pressure is improved vs the American Standard it replaced. My wife loves it! The color change on water temperature does work but for us that's more of a gimmick rather than a needed feature. The install instructions are a little lacking, which is why I docked a star on "Easy To Install". In fairness it is easy to install if you know basic plumbing. It took me less than an hour to remove the existing single hole faucet and install this faucet in a granite countertop. The advice from prior reviewers to pre-install the braided water hoses onto to faucet taking note from the instruction drawing which is HOT and COLD before dropping in the faucet was a must for our install. Also, the accessories section of the instructions refer to an O-Ring, Rubber washer, Nut, and Screw Cap. However there is also a metal washer that's not listed but included and is depicted in a later illustration. I'll summarize the sequence below for anyone who'd like a little extra guidance, but to sum up we are really happy with this purchase and if it would have had a name brand on it we would have not thought twice about it costing a lot more. You may find the following install info useful. I'm going to use the part names and (numbers) provided in the instructions:1. Insert the black O-Ring (2) into the groove on the bottom of the Faucet (1)2. Hand tighten the HOT and Cold Hoses (6) onto the Faucet (1). Do your twisting/threading of each hose as close to the faucet base as possible. Note: the illustration in Step 4 of the instructions indicates which hole the HOT and COLD should be threaded to.3. Drop the hoses through and thread the brass Nut (4) onto the Faucet base (1) The shorter thread section is towards the faucet. Hand tighten.4. Carefully drop the faucet into place through the opening in your countertop or sink hole taking care to have the O-ring on the bottom of the faucet sit so that it is centered over the hole. I'd recommend you have someone else to hold the faucet in place at this point until the install is finished so it doesn't shift.5. From underneath the sink first slip the clear Rubber Washer (3), followed by the brass Washer (no part #) onto the threaded brass Nut (4) and then screw on the Screw Cap (5) taking care not to over tighten it. Tighten the two set screws on the Screw Cap (5) but don't over tighten. Attach the braided hoses to your HOT and Cold water supply lines.

Be Frustrated First, Then Be Pleased
Maybe you would enjoy mounting the faucet, then to find that there is a leak at the supply faucet. Why weren't O rings included? Having gone to Lowe's and purchased some, I installed the supply lines again. No leak this time, but the hot side had some sort of blockage. Unmounted it (a real pain in the a$$ to do), blew out the line and the faucet pipes, remounted. Now I get hot and cold, no leak. It's a good looking faucet and I hope it holds up to the hype (especially the LED temp sensor - a gimmick but a cool one). Be careful that you have O rings and that the pipes are clear end-to-end.

LED light
Love this faucet, the fact that both pipes can be running simultaneously is excellent. My only disappointment is that the led light stopped working after only one month in use

Hot Water Pressure so Low LED will not come on. (Obstruction in hot water side of faucet)
The media could not be loaded. I installed the faucet and turned on the cold water thru the sprayer and the water came out black but cleared up and flowed well. I switched the faucet over to the Pot filler and the water flow was fine and the blue led came on. I switched it to the hot water and the flow dropped so low the LED light went off. I switched it to the sprayer, and it was still low. I took the led attachment off and cleaned the filter and blew thru it backwards with my mouth and it was clear. I put it back on the Pot filler and tried again with just hot water and the flow was still low. It was so low that the LED light did not come on. I switched it to cold water and the LED light came on RED because it was hot but with the good flow of cold water the LED changed from RED to GREEN then BLUE.I have attached the fix that was sent to me and a picture of what I found in the faucet. I was some small pieces of rubber or plastic from the manufacturing process. I don't have anything like that around my water lines. Love the faucet but it should not have had this in the faucet to begin with so I will just give them a 4.
