The media could not be loaded. Cute and pretty. Has an iridescent light blue with a hint of pink? Different shades in different lights. Looks better in real life than in the photos. Seems like good quality. They come in a nice gift box with polisher and rubber stopper ends.

Before I purchased, I read the reviews. I noted the one that said these were not "genuine moonstones", and wondered what I would receive. Now I have them, I believe they are not mined-from-the-earth gems; they are probably some kind of glass. I have a glass pendant with the same kind of look. But are these beautiful? Oh yes. The seller's photos are accurate, yet still don't quite convey the ethereal blue and play of colors. Lots of fake stones have been called "moonstone"; it's a pretty common descriptor in vintage jewelry, so if these are fake then that doesn't trouble me because they're just gorgeous. The silver is hallmarked 925, and the price point wasn't cheap junk. They're nicely made and look totally magical when worn. 6mm is my favorite size for studs; it's not teeny tiny but it's not big enough to need a large flat backing: regular butterfly works just fine, but they came with rubber stoppers as a bonus.

The Moonstone Earrings arrived in a sturdy and elegantly designed giftbox. The earrings were carefully and individually wrapped placed atop a black felt insert. A jewelers cloth was enclose for polishing the earrings after each use. The moonstones have a strong iridescence with primarily blue coloring. The quality and fit are professional and comfortable. The moonstones are mounted in a sturdy multiprong coated post. The backings are a bit undersized and their coating matches the post. The weight of the stone causes it to droop downward because of the lack of surface area on the backing to counter the effect. A larger backing would prevent the drooping and make it more comfortable to wear. 4.5 stars.

I prefer to wear stud type earrings because I can just put them in & forget about them. I have recently been trying to find some different ones to give myself some variety.I saw these & thought they looked lovely in the picture. I was afraid the color would not be the same in person but I have been pleasantly surprised. They are exactly as pictured in the listing. I like the 6mm size, which is the size I usually get. They are big enough to be noticed but not too large to be heavy or cause drooping ear lobes.I have been wearing them every day for almost two weeks (I take them out for showers). The posts have not tarnished/corroded & my skin has not been irritated, either.This is a beautiful pair of earrings.

These earrings are so beautiful!!!! They give off the elusive "blue flash" that you get with quality moonstones. I always get compliments on them. UPDATE. Two years later....I have not taken these earrings out since I purchased them and they have stood the test of time. They look as stunning as the first day I wore them and I seriously still get compliments daily. I just purchased another pair for my daughter. One of the best Amazon purchases I've ever made and that says a lot!

I'm very disappointed with these earrings. They are nice but the color doesn't match. One blue is darker than the other. I was really excited when first ordered and now disappointed I have to return them. I will be asking for a refund and buy elsewhere.
