My dermatologist suggested this for me because after my last tropical vacation I had quite a few Burns. I didn't even need sunscreen on my most recent vacation to Costa Rica. I got some color but no burn at all. I'm impressed. It's mostly zinc which is good for your immune system too.

I never write reviews, but I thought this product could really help people. I’m 53 years old and after asking my dermatologist what I could do to avoid getting more aging sunspots, my dermatologist recommended for me to get an internal sunscreen. By using this product, along with SPF 50 sunscreen, I was able to avoid developing any new spots. Sunscreen alone didn’t work. It took me taking the internal sunscreen to do the trick. Works amazing! I was on vacation for a full month in 90-100 degree weather and I didn’t burn or develop any new sun spots. I was amazed at the results!

Been trying this product for over a week now and for someone that suffers from serious dark circles and works in the sun for a living i have noticed a huge difference in my skin. The pills themselves are easy to take and do not give me any type of side effect. My skin is sensitive to creams so Im glad i found this option that works great with my skin. I've tried many different products to protect myself from the sun and i will definitely be buying another bottle!!!

I live in SoCal so it’s pretty difficult to stay out of the sun, definitely enjoy hiking, swimming etc. and it’s easy enough to take this in combo with sunscreen when I head out, makes me feel more confident. I def like the fact that the ingredients are all natural and that the compounds they use improve skin complexion and have anti-aging properties. Apparently lutein and zeaxanthin are also good for your eyes. Seems like the health / wellness community is finally catching up to the fact that UV rays are pretty damaging and since it’s impossible to stay in the shade all the time it doesn’t hurt to have maximum protection.

Makes my stomach upset and has a horrible after taste.

Between this and the addition of Singulair/Montelukast, I seem to be more tolerant of the sun with Mast Cell Activation Disorder.It’s been about a month of taking two daily—one in the morning, and one at lunchtime—and I’m no longer breaking out in a histamine rash with over 5 minutes of direct sun exposure. My skin and lungs (the latter likely being the Montelukast) are tolerating this late spring better than any year before in my memory. Taking this was a shot in the dark for me, but I did a good deal of research and decided (although costly) that giving this a try could be beneficial. I’m so glad I did!Now, I can’t stay out in the sun—this doesn’t miraculously cure what the sun and heat does to me. But it’s working for what I wanted it for: giving my skin an extra layer of protection from the immune reaction my body produces to sunlight and heat exposure.5/5
